Aside from excellent food and service, Joe was fun to work with and he really helped us both with the logistics of everything. Can't recommend them enough, it was affordable and the large amount of menu options meant we were able to pick food we really loved. Thank you Joe and Crisp!!

I spoke to him several times over the course of a month or so and he was always very pleasant and patient. I did a walkthrough a couple of days before the party with the catering captain that went very well, but when this person arrived on site for the party on Friday, her conduct when she arrived was concerning. She was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary disruption in the lobby of our building - the rest of her Team were wonderful and did a great job. Another issue was food presentation, it was not at all what we anticipated based off of conversation or website photos. The assortment of desserts we ordered we served on very used cookie baking sheets for example (see photos). Food labels were also not provided so attendees could not easily identify items, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The service also felt rushed and somewhat disorganized, despite the catering team arriving early for setup and being asked to be setup at a specific time. Overall, the food was just okay, but nothing stood out over the rest - we ordered heavy appetizers like the Cranberry Chili Meatballs, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Honey Garlic Chicken Skewers, Italian Shrimp, Mini Falafel with Spiced Hummus, Turkey Sliders and Tomato Mozzarella Arancini plus a assortment of different desserts as mentioned above. Maybe it was just a bad day, I know that catering companies are very busy especially during the holidays, but I don't think we will be hiring them again unfortunately.

Why would a company provide a quote for an item that is not on their menu? That's weird in itself…read morethen to try and overcharge for said item is even more weird. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

We want to give a huge shout out to Justin!!! He was truly the best. Not only was he prompt in his responses, but he answered all of the questions throughout the year of planning that I had on my plate. He made everything so seamless, was always so profession via email and through phone conversations, and always spoke with a great attitude. Thank you Justin for making this process so easygoing and being so patient. You really are the right person for this job! As for our actual wedding day, the catering team were there timely, had everything set up with their own decor which I didn't expect but appreciated, and we received many compliments on the food and their service. They helped where they could and we are so thankful for their efforts. Also thank you to Hutch for introducing himself to my husband and I before the reception started and letting us know that he was there for anything we needed. You guys were a great team, thank you so much!

They totally came through with prepared, hot foods! The foods were SPECTACULAR - tri tip, grilled chicken (that was perfectly, simultaneously charred and moist), corn cobs, salad, and potatoes. It was presented without bbq sauce on it, but when applied, it was deliciously vinegary & sweet. WOW! The portions are huge. The service was on time. They provided food tongs, spoons, and condiments galore. You provide table cloths and the eaters. HIGHLY recommend. Will use them again.

This is a small family business and Shawn and his wife are very warm, friendly people. Shawn was easy to communicate and work with. They arrived timely to our event and set everything up. The food was ready to serve at the designated time. We ordered tri-tip, chicken, portobello mushrooms, mac & cheese, zucchini, and the meal also included green salad and rolls. The Chicken and Mac&cheese were very good and our guests even commented how delicious they were. The green salad was Spring mix greens with shredded carrots and a couple different salad dressings. The rolls were Kings Hawaiian, which was a favorite of my grandkids as well as other guests. The tri-tip was very chewy with some gristle. The zucchini was over-cooked and mushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with this business. We would definitely choose the chicken and mac&cheese again. They cleaned up everything well and left us food since there were 10 guests that didn't come that we had paid for.

Came by on Wednesday afternoon (1pm ish). It was pretty crowded, which you know is a great sign!…read more We ordered two rib lunch plates. The collard greens were the best I've ever had. Ribs were so good you barely needed the sauce. You order in the front and find your seat. It seems like there's only one or two people working so taking an order could be a wait, but food came out fast. Super worth it if you're in the area. Dreaming about the collard greens!

And then he and I had attempted to come, but all of the barbecue had been sold out. We finally got lucky on a Saturday and showed up shortly after they opened. We placed our order for three dinner combos with three meats each, each of which came with three side dishes, and two dinner rolls. For my three meat combo I decided to try the hot link, pulled pork, and the brisket, with a side of mac & cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. My husband ordered the brisket, tri-tip, and ribs with a side of mac & cheese, collard greens, and coleslaw. My dad ordered the brisket and two orders of ribs, with a side of potato salad, coleslaw, and collard greens. Just FYI - there is an additional charge if you order any of the following meats: ribs, tri-tip, or brisket. And also an additional charge if you order mac & cheese or candied yams. Once all of our food had been prepared and boxed up, we took it home to enjoy. For the price, you definitely get a good quantity of food and we had plenty of leftovers. I really enjoyed the pulled pork and the mac & cheese, while my husband and my father really enjoyed the ribs and collard greens. All in all, when the craving for barbecue strikes, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Just make sure you show up when they are open and they haven't sold out.
