From food to service Chef Adair's team was exceptional. Communication was open and any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally! As a hair and makeup vendor myself I decided after 15 years in the industry I would be excited to plan and coordinate my own wedding (spoiler alert it was amazing, but get the day of coordination AT least.) Katherine at Chef Adair was very clear and knowledgeable about how the day would go and I was happy to let the professionals take control. I had booked Chef in January of 2024 (wedding was May 2025.) We had a beautiful trial where we were able to try 10 different meal options that were all plated beautifully. My fiancé at the time wanted a Sit Down dinner for our 70 guests and chef chatted with us about all the pros and cons of this option. Initially this was his main request but after some consideration he was persuaded to have a Stations (buffet) option. He was very nervous about the quality of food and us and our guests were blown away by the quality and quantity of food. Additionally we added bread to our service which they sliced a variety of bread for each of the tables. Our meals included a detailed and customized meal plan. The salad originally was a Strawberry & Gorgonzola but we had them change it out with Feta and they created a beautiful salad with those ingredients and more. The groom is sensitive to onions so they created a menu without onions while still tasting amazing. The Chicken was roasted in duck confit and not dry at all. The braised beef fell apart and paired perfectly with the Broccolini, couscous and mushroom polenta sides. The food felt as though it was curated perfectly to all work together but also separately. My guests have been raving the last 2 weeks about how it was one of the best meals they had ever had at a wedding! They were on time and to my surprise set up all of my tables which they did beautifully. They were fully staffed and were able to use my home kitchen even though it was up a small flight of stairs. Their staff poured my guests their waters, wine and cleared their plates. They also washed all dishes that didn't go back to my rental company, left my kitchen spotless and put all rental dishes back into their spaces! My last rave is all the leftovers were packed beautifully and waiting for us in the fridge to feed my guests the next evening and even some frozen lunches left. They went above and beyond our expectations. I originally met the Chef at a Bridal Expo and glad I took a chance on them. I am excited to rave about them to my future brides and already trying to plan another party to showcase a beautiful sit down dinner in the future. They made our party full, happy and the professional atmosphere made for the perfect experience for my guests. read more

My friends and I had a fabulous experience with Chef Garrett Adair & his assistant Katherine. They tailored a menu for all four of us with ease and professionalism. Loved all 5 exquisite courses with the highest praise going to the yellowfin tuna & Osetra caviar tower followed closely by the filet mignon with black truffle. Oh, & the quality of the oysters made a fan out of someone who doesn't normally eat them. They were so fresh! Furthermore, I would put money on Chef Adair's gnocchi to rival that of any Michelin starred restaurant or the Italian homelands. The wine pairings were perfect and enhanced each course in the most delicious way. Delightfully surprised with all his selections from locally sourced wineries. There's just nothing like all those flavors coming together to dance on my tongue. The birthday celebration was one for the records books. All we can say is WOW! Chef was the chef for our 100 person wedding at Arista Winery last weekend and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was professional to work with throughout, and he was very conscious of our budget and made sure he stayed within it, which we really appreciated. We worked together to design the menu and he was open to listening to our requests for different food items than he had originally proposed. We went with all of his recommendations except we decided to switch to a burrata salad for the first course and it was absolutely divine. Chef's entire team (Chef, 10 servers, a sous-chef, 3 bartenders, an event coordinator, and a few more) were a pure joy to interact with. Everyone was so professional. We just finished a Bridal Party where Garrett Adair was the private chef and we had the most lovely dinner and wine pairing event while in Windsor California. He was very accommodating and checked in with us when there was any slight menu changes prior to the event. He attending to everything from the delicious 5 course dinner to all the dish and glass ware. Plus he left the kitchen absolutely spotless. He also gave us all the left overs and we made an absolutely delicious breakfast smorgasbord the next day with all the fresh ingredients. Not only was the dinner 5 star delicious, but the price was also cheaper than attending any of the fancy restaurants found in wine country. We highly recommend him. read more

I don't know where to begin Chef Adair catered a dinner for us four years ago while we were visiting in Napa. The food was absolutely amazing and the service impeccable. The experience was something you can't describe, he offered wine pairing for each course served and it was just mind blowing. We have gone back to visit Napa every year since with the exception of this year, each time we have gone back we had made it a point to have Chef Adair cater our last night in the area with a five course meal and wine to pair with each course. We can't wait to come back in 2018, he has become family to us and a trip to Napa without Chef Adair isn't worth the visit! read more

Chef Adair and his team are incredible! They put together a fantastic wedding dinner for our family, despite many changing plans and obstacles. Our guest list changed a week before the dinner and our location changed hours before dinner and Chef was extremely flexible and accommodating. Chef worked with us to create a menu based on our taste and every course was amazing. The entire team was extremely nice and they kept the food and wine flowing. We had a great experience at a party catered by Chef Adair Catering. The staff was obviously trained to be attentive yet open to interpretation. I have been to many events over my "many years and really appreciated the level of service. There was one thing however The portions of food just kept coming and I just couldn't eat any more. I did ask to talk the Chef about taking food home and he brought me out two Chinese boxes filled with hor d'oeuvres and complimentary chocolates. this is a seriously classy catering team. The Chef Adair team prepared a four course meal for a dozen of us at a private home. The Chef Nancy and Katherine had a seafood tower set out for us on our arrival home which was quickly devoured. They served up some wine while they prepared and served the first course and the food was delicious! The quantity was significant and we ended up putting some dessert in the fridge by the time we reached the end of the meal. The team did a great job cleaning up and left us all very satisfied. Chef Adair prepared a fantasitic meal for our of group 8 at a private home we had rented. He and his helped arrived at 3:30 and were there until almost 10. In preparing for this event he spent several phone calls getting the menu set and making sure it was what we wanted. The evening turned out to be the highlight of our trip.
