I then asked him if he had any other recommendations since he was booked for my event date, and he emailed right back with a few contacts! Many people in the industry don't even email back when they are booked, and they are certainly not helping you if they aren't going to see any money from it. From the start, he was very flexible and accommodating to everyone's likes and dislikes when creating our menu. Additionally, he helped us select wines to pair with our meals based on the wineries we had planned to visit. The overall experience was fantastic! The food is as good if not better than any top restaurant in the Healdsburg area. My sister mentioned that she preferred his offerings over "The French Laundry." He was easy to deal with, gives you a wide variety to find something that meets your taste/requirements and exchanged emails and phone calls quickly. Chef Adair is incredible! I hired him and his team for a private 5-course tasting dinner for 13 people and every course was better than the next! We were blown away with the flavors, the combination of ingredients - from beginning to end and down to every last detail, it was the perfect evening. The short rib was probably the highlight of our entire meal (but honestly difficult to choose just one course as the favorite) - literally melted in your mouth. And this coming from someone who hasn't eaten meat in 25 years!! I'm converted.
