Once inside you were greeted by a lovely lady who made you feel like an old friend. She took our order at the cash register, offered a few suggestions and encouraged us to take a seat. Great family atmosphere. My husband ordered the house burger and he was not disappointed, I had the Black & Bleu, omg that was delicious. The onion rings were so good, reminded me of Everest in California. We brought home Dubai Chocolate treats, they look and smell decadent; we will have to let you know later. The prices published on this restaurant's own website are apparently nowhere near the prices they…read moreare actually charging. When I brought up the discrepancy and asked about honoring the prices advertised on their own website, the response I received was simply, "Do you want to order or not?" That is an unacceptable way to handle a legitimate customer concern. Customers should be able to rely on pricing that a business chooses to publish on its official website. If those prices are outdated, update the website. Until then, management should take responsibility for the information it is advertising rather than dismissing customers who question it. I have submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding the advertised pricing and the discrepancy I encountered. Regardless of how that complaint is ultimately handled, this restaurant needs to correct its online menu immediately and address how customers are treated when they raise reasonable concerns about advertised prices.

Went here for the first time. One thing I didn't like is I…read morehad to go to the bathroom and while I was in the bathroom I could hear like I was actually sitting in the kitchen and whoever was over there was very loud and every other word out of their mouth was the F word it was a little unsettling since my young grand daughter went in before me. Our waitress was a older lady super nice in the beginning she actually sat beside us and told us what her favorite dishes were and we told her we needed a minute and she left, my daughter-in-law literally came out of the bathroom and she came over the table and said are you ready yet? I said no we still need a minute. She just got out of the bathroom. When we ordered my son and I ordered the same sandwich, my son asked her can we do an up charge and get the disco fries instead of plain fries? She said yes you can do that. I said I'd like to do that too and she said OK. when our food was brought out my son and I had plain fries when she came back a few minutes later we said these were supposed to be disco fries and she said very rudely well you didn't ask for them like that, my son and I said yes we did and she said you asked me? and we said yes and you wrote it down and she walked away a few minutes later, we get two plates of disco fries, which were delicious. she didn't come back to the table to ever check on us after that and to be honest, I was kind of afraid to ask for anything else. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was a little dry. I would've liked some extra sauce. We didn't get a bill. We used the little table top thing to pay and when the receipt printed I was like oh my gosh I got charged $20 for two orders of french fries. So my husband asked a younger girl what the cost was for an up charge to disco fries and she said we don't do that and he said oh that would've been nice to know. The funny thing is while we were sitting there the Table next to us ordered got their food and they all three said we're supposed to have the disco fries too. How did the waitress mess up on that. I wasn't happy about having to pay $20 for french fries that just had gravy and cheese. I would not have ordered that them and certainly not two orders. She should've said if you wanted it as appetizer I'll get you the appetizer but no, you can't up charge to disco fries and she didn't have to be so rude.

Of course we wouldn't expect 10/10 customer service when going to a walk up and order sandwich shop but still, the common decency to be somewhat personable/happy when doing the basic job of taking an order would easily improve the guests experience. the food is an easy 6/10, the two stars are saved because the food was slightly above average, but the experience, was well below acceptable. On top of the absolute negligence to the guests experience, our order was made incorrectly. Someone with the slightest bit of training would probably be able to turn around the soulless, empty, and decrepit feeling of the restaurant AND add people to the endless aisle of empty seats. pathetic
