The selection of cheese cakes in the store is amazing. The cheesecakes are delicious as well. We got 2 pieces, Tiramisu cheesecake and the other one had a chocolate chip cookie crust. They were both very, very good. The cheesecake is thick and mildly sweet, perfect density and flavor. The store front is small but they have two big cases full of cheesecakes and other desserts. The young lady that served us cut our pieces off the main slab of cheesecake and slid them nicely into 2 to-go boxes. If we lived closer, we might be in trouble because I know we would go more often. read more

Grabbed dessert from here recently and enjoyed it! There were a lot of tasty options so we struggled choosing just one, but the guy behind the counter was super helpful. I ended up getting the red velvet cheesecake, while my wife got the peanut butter pie. Importantly, the two bottom shelves of desserts are all different types of cheesecake, which was not obvious to me but maybe that's on me :) We took our food outside to the solitary table in front of the store and dug in. Very tasty! Not the absolute best I've ever had, but not bad at all. After we were finished, I looked around for a trash can but eventually realized that I had to take my trash back inside to throw it away. I think it'd be nice if they had a trash can outside since there's a table out there, but no big deal. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back here to order some cheesecake. read more

The business is a small, quaint shop and the owner's passion for flavor and making awesome cheesecakes including gluten free hands up 5 stars! A few times I have gone during business hours only to find out the business is closed due to staffing issues, very disappointed. Realize that for quality the prices have gone up, so only special occasions for a treat. However, the last few times, the server is either unskilled or does not care when placing in container and providing a tip for service that seems below standard as I will include a recent pic. The server even knows it will be smooshed, when trying to give an alternative suggestion to someone who seems to have a "know it attitude" and really doesn't want to work or be there as the customer is inconveniencing them ~ sorry if you are unaware but these are recent photos of a visit. Additionally, the website mentioned 20% discount for in person order and I asked and server told me that is for GrubHub even as I showed the screen on phone. Overall, 3.5 stars but based on recent disappointment visit 3 stars appropriate for the recent visit. read more

Have passed by this place so many times but never went in until now, and I'm glad I finally did. The cheesecake selection is extensive, and while I only tried the plain NY cheesecake (which was great and light) I am certain the others are also good. In addition to the cheesecake, they do offer a selection of other treats as well. The cheesecake is absolutely amazing, definitely amongst the best in this area. Other goodies from the lemon bars, turtle bar, cannoli and more are all also extremely flavorful and fresh with great textures. I am fairly certain this is primarily a takeout place as there wasn't any seating, or for that matter any decor inside or outside. Also, while I didn't have any issues with the service it wasn't very friendly which added to it not being super inviting. Lastly, I wish the boxes they gave the items in were a bit nicer instead of the standard takeout boxes, just to kind of match the delicious treats inside. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a fan of cheesecake and will likely grab more stuff from them in the future. read more

Absolutely love that there is a local place open past 5pm which has really good desserts! Everything we have tried (and we have tried a lot of their desserts) has been amazing. It's our go-to spot when we are craving something sweet, and they are often open until 8pm or 9pm. read more

The cookie dough cheesecake can be a little mushy if you have it delivered from Doordash but im sure it's just due to the drive. Outside of that everything else has been great. D-I-V-I-N-E ny cheesecake! What more can I say. The carrot cake had a twist in it which was a lovely mousse layer on the top, thus increasing the lightness with each bite. They have free samples of their dessert bars. Lemon bar was good. Cannolis offered. What a little gem. I definitely would return. If you need a whole cake, you need to order ahead. So worth it. They are next to Abby Road Tavern and Grill. So get your yummy large burgers there and the cheesecakes here. read more

This is by far the best cheesecake ever! It's not overly sweet, it's just perfect. My only wish is that the slices were a little bit bigger-they are on the smaller size especially for the price. I have only been there twice but both of those times they have had someone wonderful working the front. They were knowledgeable and very sweet. Love this place! read more

Listen, my fiancé ordered some sweets for us from Custom Confections tonight, and all I can say is FANTASTIC. The peanut butter bar? Fudgey, rich, chocolate top layer and the bottom layer was a delightful soft, almost like a peanut butter cookie. He also got me a vanilla cupcake and the icing was phenomenal, light, something I've never tasted but in a good way. He raved about his Heath toffee cheesecake! Wasn't even able to find parking to go inside the store as Dominos and Abbey Road take up all the spots. The parking lot was pure hell with cars and trucks driving in and out looking for parking. Had some people with me that were able to bring out a slice of cake for me (apparently you have to order cakes 2 days in advance so we didn't get a whole cheesecake like we planned). Wasn't much of a selection from what they told me. But the NY cheesecake was really, really good - not the best I've had being from NYC, but very light, creamy and smooth. Nice, thick graham cracker crust on the bottom (not sides) so every bite was perfectly proportional. Definitely made me wish we had been able to get the whole cake. Overall, the experience was hell because of the parking lot and inability to go in and pick stuff out - let alone not being able to buy a cake. But I don't think there's much you can do about the parking (except go early in the day) and the cake was definitely worth going back for. So 5 stars for the cake, 2 stars for the experience and +1 star for being new (meaning they'll likely figure out a better way to accomodate customers at some point). I hope so! I learned that Common Grounds sold slices and figured I'd try it before I commit. The cheesecake was phenomenal!
