I decided to keep it healthy tonight because I donated blood in the early afternoon. I have become a fan of Poke bowls lately and decided to give this food truck a try. I went with the #103 which is the Flame Seared Poke Bowl with yellowfin tuna. The ingredients were fresh. The bowl is built on a base of white sticky rice with avocado, carrots, cabbage, edamame, mango and crushed tataki chips. It is drizzled with a sweet soy sauce glaze and spicy Mayo, which complemented each other nicely. Again the tuna was really fresh and it was seared perfectly. I also got an order of the tempura shrimp cups which were awesome. You can get these as an appetizer or have them for a light lunch. The bango sauce (not sure what's in it) went with the cups nicely. Now, I couldn't find this food truck here on Yelp, so I added it to do this review. They may be a new business. However, for some reason the location pinned all the way out in Apex when I added them.
