Visited the Regional Market in Syracuse recently and purchased a product appropriately called "Better" from Cheeky Monkey Foods. I would describe it as butter only "Better", made with (special ingredient) Cheeky Monkey Pixie Dust. Used "Better" to top a beautiful piece of Cod, also purchased at the Market from Nancy's Seafood, and our family had one of the best seafood dinners ever! The combo with fish was amazing but I can imagine "better" would also work well with poultry or even could be used to make a warm garlic bread. It's a great product. I look forward to it being added to the list of items you can order online. Until then, you'll have to stop by the Regional Market and see Steve the creator of this unique product. read more

Alright I'll just start off by saying this. I get that some people are upset that they didn't get their order yet and that's understandable, I was a little too. I absolutely LOVE this product because it's non-gmo, VEGAN :)), and gluten free! I did get an email back when I got in touch with them about a late order, but considering how many other people they deal with it probably isn't easy!! I'm sympathetic and realize that even if my order was late I was happy when I got it and will DEFINITELY be buying again! Love their product! (and I've heard they're working their butts off to get old orders out, so anyone upset that's coming here to leave a bad review just keep checking I'm sure they'll get in touch as soon as they can) read more

I was a previous customer and I placed a order on Dec 16th 2017. I used my debit card and paid for the order. I have since sent 4 emails and many messages, I have got no response. I was posting some of my complaints on Facebook along with many other people who where unhappy with the lack of customer service and failure to have there items delivered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who has rated them a F. When I checked Facebook today the hundreds of complaints from December and January have been removed. I put op a post and it was removed within 2 minutes. This co is a rip off DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Cheeky Monkey Foods makes some delicious products . Was wowed by a vendor at Rochesters Public Market. We love the Pixie Dust and also the Tomato Garlic Oil. We recently placed an on line order and to my dismay noticed I incorrectly selected one product. I sent an email to customer service hoping I could get my order corrected prior to shipping. They went way above and beyond, Replied to my change request and also stated that they would send my incorrect order along with the corrected order. It doesn't get any better than that for customer relations. I highly recommend this local company, give them a try !! read more

When Cheeky Monkey Foods first arrived, folks -like you and me - overwhelmed them with orders. Their organization was NOT good. Too many orders. Not enough folks to cover them. (No, I don't work for them - I live in Virginia) The reason so many order is simple - It is really good stuff! At this time - March 2019 - things are much different, and working like clock work. As much as I was disappointed with their ability to handle the operation, I am very pleased with the way things are going on now. - and their stuff is really, really good!
