I placed my order around 5PM and they did take some time before they made it so IDK if they had an after work rush. I wasn't in a huge hurry so this was no problem. They were kind enough to call to tell me they were out of pomegranate juice and offered me an alternative, and upgraded me to a large, which was sweet of them. I also ordered a large smoothie bowl. (Love a smoothie bowl!) I got mango and raspberry with assorted fruit on top. No picture, because the to-go packaging damped down its full glory. The fruit tasted very fresh and was refreshing. Loved the blend. I got a mango juice - first sip wasn't as sweet as I initially expected, but overall it had a nice flavor. It was a bit pricey, and I did find one or two big chunks of ice in both. Do love the variety of fruit and menu options, so I will likely order again.

The prices weren't the greatest, but if you're really jonesing for a banana pudding I can't imagine you'd find better in Syracuse. I was inside once though, and it's aesthetic. Cute lights, very on theme to its name. There are very few spots in Syracuse that do smoothie bowls, and this place does them right. My favorite is the coconut base, which I've yet to find at any of the other spots in town. I've had the mermaid and the pearl, and those were both tasty. I also once ordered a massive cup of fresh fruit, which was just so refreshing and healthy. This is one of the few spots you can get healthy food like this in central-ish Syracuse. I think they cater mostly to the university and hospital crowd, but I do enjoy nipping in for a treat every now and then.

It's bright, open, and inviting with plenty of seating. Secondly, staff are very friendly and helpful! And thirdly, their food is amazing! I'm not vegan but their food is genuinely delicious. We ordered the loaded nachos, chicken parm sandwich, and the sweet sassy molassey sandwich, chocolate mint milkshake and a green tea. The half order of loaded nachos was generous in size and toppings! It was filling without being heavy. All of the ingredients were fresh. Probably one of my top loaded nachos ever. The chicken parm sandwich was also amazing! If I didn't know this was a vegan restaurant, I would not have known that the chicken was not meat. It had the texture of perfectly cooked chicken. The stretch bread was soft, the marinara was warm and perfectly seasoned. 10/10 sandwich. The sweet sassy molassey was also quite good! Very bright, filled with vegetables and deliciously seasoned tofu. Finally, the milkshake! I would have never guessed it was vegan. It was creamy, minty, and chocolatey - like drinking thin mints! I'm determined to squeeze in more visits here before they close!

However, as a Power Fow enthusiast myself, I can be the first to tell you, I never get "bored" of doing the "same thing". Glow's Baptiste style yoga is a moving mediation, a different experience in your body everyday you practice, and a distinct vibe with every instructor who leads you.
