Honestly, one of the better burgers you'll find around. There's seating if you want to stick around, but this isn't really a sit-down spot. You can dine in if you'd like, but most people just grab their order and go.

Prices are highly competitive, with a double smash running around $9.50, making it a great value. The smashburgers feature crispy-edged patties, gooey American cheese, grilled onions, and a tangy special sauce on soft buns. While the flavor is highly addictive, some food critics warn that the burgers are incredibly juicy and lean on the greasier side. The loaded jalapeño fries are a must-try, often admired for retaining their crispiness despite being smothered in melted cheese, jalapeños, and chopped burger patties. The shop offers a simple, white-walled, and clean dine-in area with stool and table seating. Service is typically fast, though some online reviewers note that wait times and policies can occasionally be inconsistent during peak hours. They offer an Impossible Burger that many users find captures the same signature char and richness as the classic beef burger. A terrific place to have a quick bite or just grab-and-go.

6/17 I indecisively came to Smash burger hoping to find…read moresomething to satisfy my hunger before I became hangry. My initial thought was to get a salad but I saw Smash Burger next door. I entered this beautiful store and found it tidy and neat. A beautiful red smash burger sign greets you upon entering. They had my attention, after all, I saw red! ( Just a little pun). Walking up to the counter I saw not workers in sight or on site, which ever you chose, so I stood there for 3 minutes. Someone finally came to the front and just started staring at me. No proper greeting, no welcome to Smash Burger, home of the good burger. (I'm acting a little wiftey). I begin to ask questions in order to make the best of my visit. I asked if they had turkey burgers and crinkled cut fries. She said no and no was just that, no means no, no suggestive selling, just flat out no. I am not ready to consume beef so I opted out. Improvements needed- when a customer enters the store, greet them and ask them how you can help them if they ask for something off of the menu, stir them to what's on the menu. It's obvious that they are unfamiliar with the menu, try to keep them in the store to make the sale by telling them what you do have; like, we have hotdog's, chicken sandwiches, sweet potato fries. Give them a reason not to leave and don't say no for the customer, let the customer make that "no" decision. Based on customer service and not trying to score the saie, I initially was giving 3 but I'll knock a half Star off, rounded down to make two stars. If I'm in the area, I'll stop in to see if improvements are made and give a satisfactory rating That's all I have to offer... Oh!! and.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

When we asked for a plate, the young lady at the counter mocked us, repeating "plate" in a sarcastic way. We ended up eating out of a chicken container. While we ate, she kept spraying cleaner near our table, and when I asked her to stop, she gave us dirty looks and acted rude. We were also short on biscuits and had to ask twice. The whole experience felt uncomfortable -- we were the only Black customers there, and it felt like we were being treated differently. I spoke to the manager, who apologized and said she was new and would be properly trained. Still, the experience left a bad taste. I don't think we'll be going back.
