This location can get really crowded on the weekends. Decided to come on a weekday afternoon. Customer service is great. Menu options are moderate (not too much to choose from or too basic). The quality, taste, and portion of food are reasonable. On average, you pretty much get what you paid for. It's worth the stop just to get through your day. read more

We didn't have full meals, just split some appetizers. The food all came out hot and the croissants were amazing as usual. The restaurant was a bit dark and the service was pretty quick. This restaurant provided what I'm used to at a cheddars. Nothing more and nothing less. I'll be back! read more

I came in an hour before closing, and it was clear from the start that the server was already in a bad mood. My salmon was overcooked and overly salty, but I was still trying to eat it since I understood it was late. When I politely asked for just the salmon to be taken back (not the sides), she gave me an unbelievable amount of attitude and disrespect. It's unreal that she thought it was acceptable to speak to a customer that way. To make matters worse, the manager seemed to think a $25 gift card would somehow make up for the entire experience. Between the poor service, bad food, and lack of professionalism, I won't be coming back. read more

I honestly don't know why I (we) don't come here more often! When you're looking for some good comfort food, Cheddar's does not disappoint. I had the crispy chicken tenders and it was so delicious! Just Add the broccoli mac n cheese, some fries, a big appetite--yum! My hubby had the grilled chicken and something else. I honestly didn't look up much from my plate, but I didn't hear him complaining. This is probably why I didn't get pictures. In addition to that, we had a couple of adult beverages that didn't cost us a small fortune. So I was really pleased. Oh, and the service--exceptional. I am SO adding to our dinner hot spot rotation. read more

Came here on April 14 at 7:30 pm. I was seated immediately for a party of 4. Got a booth and let me tell you I was excited to try this place. My excitement turned into disappointment quickly. The croissant bread that was served was okay. Nothing special about it. It was heavy on the glaze. Our table ordered 4 pain killers - the drink doesn't live up to the name. I hated the booths...they move every time the person behind moved. Just imagine eating and your back booth rest moves drastically because someone is getting up. The food was nothing special. Nothing I couldn't get elsewhere. The service was just horrible. The server scuffed when asked to remove croutons from my friend's salad. Apparently this restaurant doesn't teach what gluten free means. Not only was there an issue with explaining how gluten impacts individuals, I had to ask 2x for my salad dressing. I received my salad but not my dressing. My other friend received her mashed potatoes with no gravy...had to again. I got up and looked around and saw the tables were not filled up. So I was confused on why our server couldn't remember our orders or why her service was below average. Then the manager came over to explain to us when we were half way finished with our food to let us know the baked potato ordered is out. And the way he explained it, everything made sense. These are unprofessional kids. For being my first time it was not enough quality and effort to make me return. read more

I paid for an extra side order of Broccoli Casserole and an extra sauce for the Monte Cristo. Both were missing from my order. On top of that, the portion size for the broccoli casserole that they did give me was very minute, I won't be buying extra sides anymore bc of their portion size. read more

No complaints about this visit. Staff was super inviting and friendly. You get started off with complimentary Honey Butter Croissants which were so so good! I love my carbs!! Ordered the Country Fried Steak and so crispy and delicious. The baked potato side I didn't really care for but the sweet baby carrots side were so good. Paired it with the Cheddar's Painkiller cocktail. A pina colada bombshell of deliciousness! read more

Long time Yelp... So my Father-in-law got me a $50 gift card to Cheddars and let me tell you, IT WAS THE BEST GIFT! And as you will see, I took zero good pics because once plates hit, they were destroyed It was understandably not that busy so my party of 5 was able to secure a large corner booth and I could not have been more happy or comfortable (see photo ). Our server Ruben was great! Big smile (behind his mask of course) and sweet with the kids. We were greeted with a free plate of Butter Croissants...OMG, these are a must! Everyone we'll be excited for whats next ayer these! Wifey loved her Bacon BBQ Burger, young son liked his kids burger, baby girl LOVED the chips and Queso, and my oldest and I devoured our Chicken Fried Steak! Oh, and the adults each and a LARGE glass of margarita. The manager came by and gave us some love and threw us a Free Chips & Queso card, thanks! Ruben most certainly earned his 20% and Daddy was a very, very happy man. THANK YOU CHEDDAR'S! read more

Loved the food and the service, walked in and was able to be seated without having to wait. Was served by a very nice waitress who brought us all our appetizers including the free sweet bread rolls that are absolutely delicious. I recommend the lemon pepper chicken because it does have rice on the bottom which went perfectly with the chicken, as well as the soft steamed broccoli. 10/10 experience, surprisingly only spend about $44 for two amazing entrees, an appetizer, an alcoholic beverage, and a strawberry lemonade ice tea, with the free sweet buttery rolls read more

After a long day out we were missing a long time favorite Cheddar's so my wife and I decided to make a stop to the one nearest our home and along the way! First time on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was only 4pm. We were seated pretty quick despite how busy it looked. Our hostess was very attentive assured our needs were met. Now for the food, my wife ordered the Buffalo chicken strips pretty good, crispy and little kick of heat paired well with ranch. Now for my entree, I ordered the 6oz Top Sirloin well done and coconut shrimp with baked potato loaded and corn as my side. Overall food was great and so is their drink the watermelon vodka margarita was very refreshing! Highly recommend great service, food and drinks! read more

Ate here with my elderly parents today. We usually do take out from here, but in this case my Mom wanted to dine in as she wanted her food warm, freshly served and on a plate. We walked in and asked for a booth. The host took us to a table which seemed small. In the same area we were seated, there were three open booths. I asked the host about the open booths and he said there were no servers for those booths available, so we sat at the awkward center small table. A few minutes later the three booths around us were seated with walk in people. This was a load of sh*t. The food was ok. Service was ok, our waiter was good. You know what they say, if there a lot of cars, it must be good right? IMO, this particular location is always a circus. It's always super packed. Long wait times. The parking lot is small. Too many people waiting outside. Feels like chaos. If that's what you like, come here and join the SA sheep. At least my Mom didn't have to cook today, glad she had a nice time. read more

Cheddars cheeseburgers are the best bargain in America! Ranging in price from $8.59 to $10.49 it includes one side and a sweet roll. However, this is not your ordinary fast food cheeseburger. For one the ground beef is fresh, not frozen. You also get your choice of two cheeses, green leaf lettuce (not the ordinary iceberg variety), fresh tomatoes, onions, pickles, all on a hearty bun for $8.59. Cheddars recommends medium well or well done only, because the bun cannot handle rare, medium rare, or medium. The juices will just overpower the burger and you will end up with a soggy mess. If anyone knows of a better value than this burger combo, by all means share it with me. read more

My husband Floyd and I had a great dinner today, 06/18/24. We had a great server name Jeweline. She is attentive, sweet and caring. We also enjoyed their Service Manager Julia Garcia. I went out to lunch at this location on a Saturday and still got seated right away, which was nice. I was greeted with honey-butter croissants right away, soooo yummy! Perfectly light and crispy. I joined the Cheddars e-club (previous to this visit-takes about 24 hours to redeem) and redeemed my free queso and homemade salsa with chips. Super delicious! I shared the potato soup with my girlfriend, absolutely scrumptious. I ordered the steak and chicken tenders, both cooked perfectly, but not the best quality. I tried most of their sides and was not the most impressed. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Waitress was very accommodating to my very-picky needs! read more

THEE ABSOLUTE BEST CROISSANTS! Literally addicting! Food is always delicious and fresh

The wait-time was not bad but our table for five was two smaller tables pushed together when there were large booths visibly available. The area around our table as well as our seats were dirty. It was strange. We cleaned them ourselves. The service was good. Not great but not bad. We ordered some Cheddars favorites : cheddar bites, croissants, chicken strips and a Monte Cristo sandwich. The food was the same as the service: not great but not bad. One person in our party is vegetarian and ordered the veggie plate with potato soup. The server asked if we wanted bacon; we stated no bacon. That's noteworthy because upon bringing the soup to our table, the server informed us that the soup is made with bacon. So although no extra bacon was put on top, there is bacon in the soup. This really should have been mentioned upon ordered especially since we specifically stated that we did not want bacon in the soup. We were not offered a refund or any other menu options. The server did not return to refill our water nor did he ask us if we needed the check. This restaurant has one other electronic pseudo-mini-kiosk self service things so we used that to pay our bill. I enjoyed my visit due to my company but the food and service might sour your visit. read more

Last night we had a party of about 15-18 people and the way we got treated by our first waitress was ridiculous being a mixed family . I got my food last and it was cold . The waitress had a nasty attitude and didn't refer tomorrow us as them and they . Then out of her mouth she had an attitude and said " are yall done ordering or needing anything else because I talk back and I don't have time for this ". If you can't handle a high traffic place you should not be working there . Her attitude was nasty . The second waitress I got my food last and it was cold . The waitress admitted that my food had been sitting there for a while so I asked her to get them remade . Still didn't come back hot enough so I said screw it because we already waited over 2 hours for a table and at that point I was upset . We reserved a table at 730 and didn't get seated until about 915 almost 10 . All the Mexicans at my table got served first . I will never go back to this restaurant again the customer service sucked and the attitudes on the staff there was horrible . read more

Pros: service, check everything was prompt and the server made rounds to ensure drinks and everything was fine. Wait time, although busy got us through very promptly and the food came quicker than expected definite +++ The santa Fe Spinach dip and salsa has so be some of the best I've had in town Cons: I'd avoid the salads unless you like mediocre, it's pretty much on par with a common diner salad, just a larger portion. Although I ate the 20oz bone in ribeye, it fell remarkably short of my expectations and wouldn't go back for the entree reason. Should of stuck to Roadhouse, land and cattle or Lonestar for my steak fix. read more

This was our go to place 10 years ago or so. We went back to reminisce their great food and great times. Well we were not impressed anymore with the food. Maybe we had a different taste bud back then than now. Hmmm don't know what changed. Maybe it's me and I will give it another whirl in a few days. Also I think the restaurant is getting dated. Maybe that is what affected my taste buds. There was food on the floor under our table from the previous customer or previous, previous customer. Hmmm read more

Here with the family kicking with my son before he has to report back at 2300. We walked in and sat down immediately. The place was clean and very roomy. We walked in at the right time because it started filling right after we arrived. Must say that the most disappointing part of this trip so far is All The Road Construction. We ordered the appetizers of onion rings, honey croissants. The onion rings and the croissants are must to have and order. I ordered for my appetizer dessert. Why you ask? Is because you always take your meal home and reheat -dessert not so. Well I must say the apple crisp with ice cream- was not good. Everything was the same temperature of the ice cream-not good. Our entrees came out were great. My chicken and shrimp was outstanding . The broccoli and cheese casserole was good and creamy while the green beans did their thing and satisfied my taste buds. read more

Hey!!! You hungry?? Me too lol let's go to Cheddars!! We are celebrating another birthday and my son ALWAYS loved the queso dip with meat in it BIT unfortunately they didn't have any meat.. made him sad but let's see what we can do!!! Ok got a little ahead of myself lol. Upon arrival the place was PACKED. What's going on in here?? Are they giving away free food??? I'm all in lol. Anyway even though there was a wait ... to be honest it wasn't too long... give it take 30 minutes... not too bad. I will say I wasn't happy with the seating being so close but I quickly rectified that on my own because for some reason our waitress never greeted us or came anytime soon so I had to flag down another waitress to assist! That took a little out of the fun BUT she finally came and we ordered appetizers and drinks along with our food. Seem like it took a long time for the appetizers to come out but that would have been fine but it also took the drinks quite a while to come out especially because it was just basic tea and lemonades but let's continue. The appetizers were OMAZING lol. Wisconsin cheese bites but unfortunately the Santa Fe dip was cold... that could have been hot considering how long we waited. I will say that part was a ritual let down being that it was his birthday but let's move on the the entrees... I ordered the ribeye steak with broccoli casserole and loaded baked potato. The broccoli was a bit over cooked but the steak was delicious. We also ordered grilled white fish with the same sides and I just say.. the fish was juicy and just enough spice. DELICIOUS... I would definitely order that again. My son who's birthday it was got the chicken tenders and coconut shrimp... the sides were the rice and beans and fries. The food was not hot except for the beans. He didn't want to wait longer so he just ate what he could and we took the rest home. Things could have bit a bit better BUT I guess it just depends on what meal you had because my steak was good just a bit on the fatty side. I would still go back on a different day after the holidays!! read more

Nice atmosphere walking in, seated right away. The server was good about suggesting types of plates and giving recommendations. Received the drinks and the sweet tea was not sweet, the other drink a raspberry black tea but lacked flavor. The meals were served hot and good flavor and generous portions. The experience was "ok" the drinks for the price really a deal breaker, couldn't finish them had to ask for water to finish the dinners. read more

I'm pretty disappointed in my trip to Cheddar's tonight. I feel like their B or C team was in charge tonight. I was on a date. My date's house salad (ordered with blue cheese) came out with sour cream. It took the waiter about 8 minutes to check on us after the he brought out the salad. He apologized for the sour cream, and said they are right next to each other in the back. The blue cheese he brought out was so chunky, it was barely salad dressing. I ordered a Monty Cristo with fries. The plate was brought out without the raspberry preserves. I had to wait about five minutes to ask him to bring it out. The sandwich wasn't dusted with the powdered sugar, so it didn't have that sweet/tart balance that is characteristic of this sandwich. Insult to injury: it was 9:00PM and they were out of croissants. The only part of our order we didn't have problems with was the Painkiller drink. read more

I came with some family to celebrate my birthday, but I think my grandma's intentions were not totally pure because when I met them here she already had a big margarita sitting in front of her. We got here at 3 pm which was perfect since we go there right before the dinner crowd on the weekend. It gets busy here during the weekends. We got their spinach dip as an appetizer which was tasty, but the red sauce was not tasty. I ordered their chicken strips, which were perfectly crispy. My grandparents had their chicken fried chicken dinner and their chicken Alfredo, which had me envious. The chicken fried chicken was the best tasting out of the four dishes. I would definitely come back again for their margaritas and their chicken fried chicken. read more

Never been to a Cheddar's before, but It was nice to be sat right away, and not have a wait. I would have to say the service was excellent. We had the buttered honey bread complementary, ordered the Wisconsin Cheese Bites, where were really good. Burbon glazed Salmon, with Rice. Which was excellent, and a side of Green Beans and Loaded Baked Potato. My only few take aways were, The loaded baked potato is just cheese, there was no sour cream or bacon bits, the restaurant was too cold, and the food runner was eating while dropping off our food, chewing on what i would think was a wisconsin cheese curd he took off the plate, but I dont know for sure, just assuming. Otherwise, I thought my first experience was good, not great, and not bad but just good. read more
