This cheddars never hardly ever delivers. Sadly we will wait after a bad experience and give them another chance and they still fail miserably. Today been here almost 45 min. We received cold onion rings and 2 glasses of water. How long does it take to fry some shrimp and make a salad. I swear if this food comes out cold I'm walking out. (pause) Ok so the food came and it's partially cold. Not satisfied! Then bless his heart, the manager Joe comes to the table at our request and stands there saying nothing. My husband asks, and you are? He tells us he's joe the manager and gives us a run down on the problems they're having. He further tells us that he will remove the onion rings( which were never corrected or eaten) from our bill. We thanked him and told him we never ate the onion rings. He left and then came back and said he would take care of our entire dinner. We are not the couple who comes in trying to get a free meal. What we do want is great customer service and good food. We thanked Joe again gave our waiter a nice tip and left. This Cheddar's has always struggled. I'm going to include them in my prayers. Jesus take the wheel. read more

The service was bad . Me and my family got there at 4:20 and we got seated around 6:30 . My sister order ribs and they must of mistaken it and served her A steak . I ordered The alfredo they had and the first plate there was hair in it and they got me my second plate it was cold, so then we finished out food and we get the checks and we payed separate and my sisters credit card got charged 47 dollars but the bill had said $39.02 so we told them the problem and they said something had been wrong with the system and they told us to check the card in a couple minutes and still nothing has not been changed. And we had a problem with one of the waitresses with her attitude and she got the manager on us so we told him the problem but her name was Alexis and the waitress in training was super nice i didn't catch her name . read more

I stopped here for lunch with my aunt at about 3pm on Saturday so it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. The service was fairly fast and it only took about 8 minutes for our onion ring appetizer to arrive. The onion rings were fantastic, but the main course was just okay. I had the smokehouse burger with a side of fries and my aunt had the new braised roast beef with a side of the beans and rice. She was kind of disappointed that the "rustic, roasted carrots, onions and celery" consisted of two small carrots and a little bit of celery (she didn't comment on any onions). Also, the mashed potatoes were the most substantial part of the plate. It's not that the meat portion was too small, but it was obvious that the potatoes were being used to make the plate have more volume. Be forewarned, though, that the beans and rice are really, REALLY spicy. My burger turned out better with a flavorful, sweet note from whatever sauce they put on it. It was cooked to medium-well and wasn't dried out at all. However, the bacon was a little undercooked. I do have to comment about the staff, though. It seemed like the staff was rushing diners out the door as fast as possible. My aunt couldn't even finish her tea without the waiter coming by to drop off the check and another waitress trying to collect our plates already. I noticed that we weren't the only table they were doing it to, either. All in all, it was an okay meal with surprisingly large portions for the price. The wait staff needs to stop pushing patrons toward the door before we're finished, especially since the place wasn't busy and no one was waiting to be seated. read more

Every time my wife &/or our friends go there we are all pleasantly surprised with the quality & price of their food! They never disappoint us or our guests. Their made to order from scratch menu items are very good, cooked correctly, at proper temp., nice sized portions & very attractively priced. We have ordered the chicken fried chicken, chicken Alfredo, roasted chicken, chicken fried steak, many different sandwiches, deserts & of course drinks! Everything is always perfect! Bathrooms, outside, waiting areas, & dining areas are always clean. Employee's are always friendly & attentive to our needs. Only area I can think of improvement would be to shorten, (somehow) the waiting time for a table! :) read more

When we first walked in it was a 20 minute wait at 11! After 4 groups of people were sat down before us that got here after us we asked what was going on. Our buzzer died and we had to wait 10 minutes longer than we should have. Once we sat down they came quickly and got our drink order. They were very good teas and sweet like I like them. IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE!!! They kept turning the air conditioner on very low! Our food was brought out in about 10 minutes. We got the whiskey battered shrimp. It was good but they are huge! It comes with 8. I got a side of mash potatoes that were very sticky and weren't very good at all. It was a reasonable price at the end of it, but bring a jacket in and don't order the mashed potatoes. read more

I understand getting busy and getting behind on your call-in and online orders but when that happens, update people about what's going on. Made an online order for Mother's Day, got an email it would be 45 minutes. Got there to pick it up and was told it would be another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes was told it would be at least another 20-30 minutes. I cancelled my order at that point and ended up eating fast food for freaking Mother's Day. Another guy who was there called in at 4:30pm to pick up his order at 6:00pm and his order still wasn't ready by 7:00pm. I'll never give this place another penny of my money. I only ordered here because my first choice is temporarily closed on Sundays, there's enough good lokal food in Yukon to not have to eat here. read more

A few things. My drink sat empty through half my plate and then dessert. It was never noticed. The ribeye was full of gristle. We went today, sit down at 0607 pm and we receive our food after 0715 pm. My son and I had lunch here today and was beyond disappointed. As I walked in there was a sign directing us to see the bartender for help. We went in and set in the bar. The bartender was there and watched us as we took a seat. She never said a word or offered to assist us. A few minutes later my son asked another server for help and she told him she would send our server over to us. Again we sat and waited. A few minutes later our server appeared and took our drink orders. Again waiting for several minutes until she reappeared. This poor quality and SLOW service continued. Probably close to 45 minutes after we first sat down our meals came out. The quality of the food was also poor and certainly not worth the wait. We wont be going back!!! read more

This is my fiance's favorite restaurant, so as you might guess, we go there a lot. They've got a lot of good food choices, but up until last Sunday I hadn't found that dish that I could bank on when I come here with her. That changed last Sunday, when I had their New Orleans pasta. A lot of places have a similar, spicy cream sauce pasta dish with chicken or maybe shrimp. The New Orleans pasta has shrimp, chicken, and sausage in very well spiced cream sauce. There was a ton of chicken and shrimp. I ended up eating only about a third of it before I got full. Anyway, I found my dish. Everything here is pretty good. The croissants are awesome, and so is the broccoli casserole. read more

There is nothing I don't love about Cheddar's. I love the decor, the ambiance, the service, the food and the prices. Everything I've ever eaten at Cheddar's I have loved. I have never had a bad service experience no matter what location I choose. I never leave the restaurant without having had at least one side of broccoli cheese casserole and one of their amazing croissants. I could eat here every day. read more

This is my second time at Cheddar's and I have to say its my second time to be disappointed. The chicken strips were rubbery and the beef roast head no flavor. The waiter hopefully is new because then he has a chance to improve. The whole experience was well below average. I ordered pot roast. It came to the table warm but the potatoes under it were cold. My partner ordered chicken strips and had to send them back because they were under cooked. I will not be going back for the third try. If they can not get it right in two tries I don't believe they ever will. read more

This place.... Man. The only good thing is the food. If you even get what you ordered and it's still warm. The service here is horrendous!! We've been here many times because its right down the road from us. But I think we're giving up. Here is a list of what we've experienced on different visits: we never, ever get napkins/silverware, we stare at our food for a good 5 min before we can flag down a waiter for these things (no seriously, I don't think they have a procedure for when a customer should get silverware), our order is wrong (wrong dressing, wrong drink, wrong meal entirely), our food is slow and cold, we have sat down and no waiter ever showed up until we flagged someone down, the ticket is rang up wrong, waiters who take 5-10 min to accomplish anything (bring a straw, bring napkins, take your order, to go box, bring your ticket, pick up your credit card), and drinks go unfilled until you flag someone down to fill them. Its crazy! I'm starting to think they must have insane turnover (every single waiter seems new to waiting tables, they literally perform one task at a time) and/or pay these people more than $2.15/hr because there seems to be no motivation for good service here. Avoid this place unless you want to leave completely stressed out. read more

First time at Cheddars after hearing about it for a few years, and it was certainly a huge let down. I came in here with a party of 4 late Saturday night. We were greeted and sat immediately. The first thing that I noticed was the amount of employees on staff. Although there were plenty of customers, there had to be 1 employee for every customer they had. For a chain restaurant to have so many employees on staff, I was impressed. Because of this, I instantly assumed that service was going to be fast, and awesome. Boy, was I wrong. First off, it took 45 minutes to get our food. We kept having to wave down our server to get a refill. He was polite though. The food was terrible as well. I ordered a chicken strip platter, and my lady ordered friend Jalapeno Hamburger, The chicken was full of low quality fillers, and the hamburger came with ROCK hard jalapenos, and the burger was cold. We were going to send it back, but our server couldn't be found for another 30 minutes when it was time to pay. I considered raising said concerns with restaurant management, but nah. I certainly will not be back. Won't make that mistake again. read more

Unless there's an apocalypse planned for after church Sunday or you're just dying for the onion ring tower, go anywhere else there's not a line out the door. This is my second bad review for the Midwest City location. After the last time, I didn't go back for a couple of years, but my daughter and I decided to give it another try. We got our water fairly quickly and even got our appetizer in a decent time. But then the wait began. We both ordered nachos. We waited an hour on them. Water refills were non existent. The waitress came by a few times and said ours was next. She even came by once and it it was in the window. We waited 10 minutes after that. She kept saying they had big orders, but there were very few people there. They comped the nachos and only charged us for the appetizer but I will not go back. HUGE portions. The host wasn't very nice. We went in and were told there was a wait. It was strange because there were a few families waiting, but everyone, including two groups that came in after us, was seated before us. It was just my husband and I, and I was carrying my sleeping two year old. When we were seated it was in a section with 7 or so other empty booths. Very confusing. I've been to the Cheddars in Tucson, so I'm usually a fan of the restaurant, however here I was pretty disappointed. The waitress left us stranded for a little while, which was a bit annoying because the salad they brought us had the wrong dressing, so we were sitting there for the better part of 15 minutes waiting for the food to come out to correct the salad dressing. The food itself was a bit of a disappointment as well, the pot pie was extremely salty and the peas with the country fried steak were very soggy and bland. Moreover, the wait staff all gathered in the bar to badmouth some of the other customers who apparently skipped out on the bill. I don't advocate for skipping the bill, but seeing as the service was extremely poor I can only imagine that the people who skipped the bill were probably also waiting there an excessive amount of time, we were never asked if everything was okay with our meal, waitress only got our order, brought the (incorrect) salad and the food, then we never saw her again. read more

After 35 minutes and two other people that ordered after me getting their orders, the bartender says, "let me check on your order, what was it again?" This last time we ordered we got home and they shorted us some food so we called and they took our number and said the manager will contact us. Well they never did. No big deal, we call to place an order again another day, tell them we are placing an order but also ask about maybe getting our last order refunded or something from last time they shorted us , gave us some speech about how it has to go through corporate or some crap (which I know isn't true, because they have fixed our orders before with no problem) then they hang up and I don't even get to place my new order. The food is pretty good but I only ordered Cheese fries. But they brought me a Tortilla soup! I wasn't charged. A friend ordered Potato soup & didnt get his ! Later it came when we told waiter. Seemed miscommunication between kitchen, server & waiter. I arrived with party of four all seperate checks which we told waiter when we ordered. But he brought check out combined & had to seperate. Absolutely disappointed on a Tuesday dinner out. Sat with wife in the bar area. Service was slow, watch a bartender squeeze a lemon bare handed in a margarita and drop that lemon in the glass. Nasty, unprofessional. Ordered plan maple bacon chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. Mac and Cheese was terrible and looked like bad. Take a tip from Churches, best Mac and Cheese.. No maple bacon on sandwich. Let server know and he brought out cold regular bacon. Menu said 3 pieces. I got 2 on a plate after the fact. Maybe off night, I dont know. Normally a great place to eat. Great place for an impromptu family group meal. The ceiling fans are beautiful and unique. The atmosphere is classy casual and very friendly. Most of our group had the lunch portion salmon with two sides, and enjoyed the flavor and serving size was prefect. As one of my sides I had the apples and yogurt. Tasted it and set it aside for dessert. Lite and tasty. The rest of our group enjoyed their meals as well. The prices were lower than expected for such a classy place and so we will be returning. Where do i begin, so this is a place where we usually go for family reunions but the last couple of times their service has been horrible, from long waits for our server to our food taking more than 45 min, the last time we went to this place the server forgot to put our order in and it wasn't till we asked and he immediately went to put the order in, after we asked to talk to a manger and that person didn't even have the curtesy of talking to us so probably the last time we visit this place. I have tried so many different items on their menu. I'm not usually a picky eater, I can almost always find something I like everywhere I go to eat, but not here. Even their chicken tenders and salads suck. That's hard to mess up. What makes it worse is that the service is usually terrible. I've never had a very pleasant experience at Cheddar's. I only go there when I'm with a group who insists upon eating this mediocre excuse for a meal. You can't cook or season a steak properly. You over steam your vegetables turning them to rubber or mush. Your mashed potatoes are bland. The fries are the only thing I can tolerate. Tolerate is the operative word here and I'm using it loosely. If you like paying too much money for crappy food, this is the place for you. read more
