Great food. The Wisconsin cheese bites are very delicious. Also the potato soup is delicious too. Great service and a nice family style restaurant

Grilled fish The carrots are a must try!!!

I've ben here twice. One other time, I tried to eat here, but the place was packed. So if you plan to eat, here arrive early or come on a not so busy day. Service is great, as is the food. I have no complaints at all. Then the prices are very reasonable as well for the amount of food you get. Stop by and check out Cheddars if you haven't.

    Grilled Chicken Alfredo with broccoli

Decided on Cheddar's for a family dinner. We had a party of 6. We were seated quickly. We got our drinks and were also given an order of croissants as a starter. I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo and broccoli. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a lot of flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly as well. Very good dinner for a reasonable price and great service.

    missing 2 sides broccoli

I have always loved Cheddars but after 2 times same month my son ordering food to and getting all the way home SOMETHING is missing. And just one order please train that team better. So cannot trust when ordering out.888887

Today I came in after Church and before the gym- wanted protein and nothing fried. I got the half rack of ribs which half of that went into a to go box right away. The accompanying veggies were cooked just right and the ribs were delicious. Coffee was pretty good too.

Greetings El Paso, Texas!!!!! I can't believe what I'm tasting the best blackened salmon ever first let's talk about the spinach dip, creamy and almost perfect. Had a nice side of sour cream with a dish of salsa, which was nothing but Pace but not hating at all!!!! spinach dip excellent definitely try, but let's get back to the Salman blackened to perfection. I would definitely recommend.

We have been eagerly waiting for Cheddars to open, and it was well worth the wait! We went on a Saturday evening around 6, it was an hour long wait. They text you when table is ready and you can view the wait list to see how far you're at. We went home and waited, because we live minutes away ...but lots of shops close by to peruse while waiting. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Our waitress was phenomenal, refilled drinks without asking and came by often. Managers are walking around too, and were super nice! I believe the GM walked by too (based off his vibe) which was a great touch. The atmosphere is a bit cramped in the main dining area, but not terribly bad. I'm sure it's mostly to get people in. It's a beautiful restaurant with a large fish tank, seating outside to wait, as well as ample seating inside. Food was ten stars, without a doubt. The croissants are on the house and are DELICIOUS!! The spinach dip is definitely spinachy more than anything else, but was very good flavor. Salmon and chicken sandwich were *chefs kiss*. Next time I'll order dressing on side to the salad as it was a bit much, but I like light dressing. Definitely a new favorite! Best of luck, Cheddars!

    The $6 Texas Margarita!

The food was delicious and plentiful.we ordered and shared the Shrimp and Ribs Combo with mashed potato's and gravy. Also had a Texas Margarita and another cocktail (don't recall the name. Both wer plentiful and delicious. The place was clean, the service was friendly and prompt. And the prices are outstanding!

The Pecan crusted chicken salad was excellent, as well as the Chicken Pot Pie, & Croissants . Prices so reasonable. Also our waitress was also great!

The manager incorrectly stated that service dogs must wear a vest to be recognized as service animals and demanded that we provide a "service animal certificate." We were then told that such certificates were not valid and that service animals must be registered in New Mexico before being allowed into the restaurant. None of these statements are consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service dogs are not required to wear vests, carry certificates, or be registered with any state in order to access public accommodations. It is deeply concerning that a manager responsible for serving the public appears to have such a poor understanding of federal disability law. The experience was embarrassing, discriminatory, and completely unnecessary. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States with my service dogs and have never been treated this way. I strongly encourage management to educate staff on ADA requirements before another customer is subjected to the same treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who relies on a service animal.

TVs are located throughout, from various table angles. Our server Alex will receive 5/5 stars for his kindness, attentiveness and attention to not only our table but his very full and frequently sat section. However, when reaching out to other staff members for assistance in his absence, there were some things that fell through the cracks. Missing silverware, condiments not being present, and at times things going forgotten or unnoticed when requested. The appetizer (pictured) Philly Egg-rolls, were the best food option we received for brunch that afternoon. It was shareable between 3 adults and filling before the entrees arrived. I wouldn't order the Monte Cristo Sandwhich again, very large, dry and just didn't pair well with the potatoes and the jam offered (pictured). We did have to switch out drinks due to her taste and upkeep up the beverages. The sweet tea originally ordered did not taste well but received new drinks upon request: Mango and Strawberry lemonade. This is a family friendly place, busy, but I would give it another chance.

Honestly, I thought it was just a drinking spot, so I never bothered to step inside. Big mistake. I first tried their beer at the Greek Festival (the Greek brew was so good!) and knew I had to give them another shot. When I finally came in, I was pleasantly surprised. Even with The Shack Wings & Brews across the street, Aurellia stands out because they actually brew their own beers -- and they're fantastic. I don't drink much, but I tried a light one on the manager's recommendation and ended up sharing it with my friend. Smooth, refreshing, and plenty of variety on tap. For food, I went with the Bavarian Forest Burger -- wildberry bacon jam, arugula, Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, beer mustard, all stacked on a toasted potato bun. I wish added hickory bacon and an egg, and loved the options. The burger came out cooked medium (they only do one level of doneness), but it was juicy, flavorful, and held together perfectly with the bun. My friend isn't a fan of pink, so she struggled a bit with her cheeseburger, but honestly, mine was one of the best burgers I've had in El Paso. Filling, rich, and worth every bite. The service really stood out. Everyone -- from the manager to the staff -- pitched in, helping each other out, cleaning tables, and jumping in when needed. It's a smaller space, and it can get busy and loud, but they kept everything running smoothly. I loved that team atmosphere. Bonus: They even had a lunch special with a discount if you pair a house beer with your meal -- a nice surprise. The outdoor patio has both shaded and sunny spots, which is perfect for El Paso weather. My only real complaint? Parking can be a bit tricky. All in all, Aurellia's is a true local gem. I regret not discovering it sooner, but now I can't wait to come back -- next time with my husband. Don't sleep on this place. If you're looking for great food, house-brewed beer, and a warm local vibe, this is it. 1620 N Resler Dr, El Paso, TX 79911
