Service was absolutely terrible. We got seated and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We pressed call server and put the unit at the end of the table & waited a couple more minutes. Finally, I submitted appetizers on the kiosk to speed things up. Service was very poor.

We discovered this small southern chain in Kentucky nearly 2 decades ago, and recommend. We were looking forward to patio dining, but management made an uniformed decision to close patio. Lots of good things to report - Unfortunately, my salmon was served a day old; I should have returned the dish, but choose not to; I shall not order salmon again from Cheddar's. My son greatly enjoyed a full rack of ribs, and we recommend this dish. Red beans and rice are the star of the menu. Yada, our your server is excellent; we always enjoy the restaurant ambience.

Cheddars I recently visited this location with my parents and had a great experience. Largely that came down to two reasons: our sever, Alex Braun was peak customer service. He took care of our every need, made some great conversation, and was a stellar host. The second reason was the delicious food. I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo quite a bit and was very filled. It was very busy (we went after Sunday church), and the wait was about 30 minutes after what our reservation time was. But that aside, I highly recommend.

I ate here again with my girlfriend on July 6th. The restaurant is nice looking, kind of classy, and restrooms are clean. However, I wasn't as satisfied with the meal this time. We ordered the Wisconsin Cheese bites that were very good. They weren't overly breaded and quite honestly could be a meal in themselves. It's not just three or four cheese sticks but quite a big appetizer. For meals, my girlfriend ordered the Cornmeal Whitefish Platter. She had fries and coleslaw and said her meal was quite good. I had the 8 ounce top sirloin dinner with fries and a small salad. The salad was a small up charge of 99 cents. The salad was very good, the fries just okay, but the 8 ounce top sirloin was not a good cut. It was very hard to eat. I got mine medium-well done. The steak wasn't tender at all and I would not order a steak here again. It looked like it was properly cooked, so I feel it just wasn't a good cut of meat. On the plus side, there are plenty of other food choices. Additionally, our server was very friendly and attentive. I still recommend but just not the steaks. Three stars is my rating this time around

We went here for dinner and the service and the food was awesome. The ambiance was good. We had the fiesta chicken and shrimp with two sides. Both my meal and my husbands was so flavorful. I definitely recommend it.

I remember being here in Florida, but it was so long ago I couldn't quite remember. Once I ordered that Texas margarita and Chicken Pot Pie though it all came back I can't believe I forgot about the honey butter croissants though . They were so flaky and soft. They came out warm and the extra drizzled butter was *chefs kiss*. The first time I ordered a Pot pie which was so good and worth it filled with enough chicken and vegetables and it was fulfilling I was stuffing myself . The Texas margarita was super big for only like $6-7 I ordered two and almost couldn't walk out the restaurant . The side salad was so good a classic Caesar salad, my friend ordered some ribs red beans and rice and green beans she said everything was good besides the green beans . This place is pretty cheap. Food is EXCELLENT . Seems like it's always busy this is like my new favorite go to restaurants . Although I was so full I STILL ordered the fried apple pie dessert and that did not disappoint either ended up ordering my boo some food too I got him the Buffalo chicken wraps and I had a couple bites... GOLLY . Everything here is great I went home with a big smile and a full belly. Second time around I ordered the

Good place for comfort food. Service is good depending on how busy it is. I've had both good and bad experiences.

Sat in the back room to get away from the cold, and noticed a lot of issues with cleanliness. Walls were dirty with old food spatters, and there are several places where delayed maintenance/repairs has caused the place to look uncared for. Bathroom needs a very thorough cleaning/upgrade. Other than the fruit plate, which was very fresh, my breakfast meal was not good and as a result I ate a few bites and left the rest. My dining partner said her food was very good, except for the biscuits and gravy which had no flavor other than tasting like undercooked sausage. The baked goods were all excellent, as always. Coffee was weak but tasted fresh. Hoping management addresses some of these issues soon. Cherry House has long been a family favorite when we're in the area, and it is so disappointing for it to not live up to the great experiences we've had there in the past.

Never ever purchase frozen cardboard pizza, and given years of exploring area pizzas, we have a Top Three pizza favorites. The downtown Bellbrook pizza does not open until 4:00PM, and the nearby Chicago style pizza place is relocating to Clyo Road. Monster Pizza has merited our business for years. We received 14" of snow on Sunday, and driveway is cleared on Tuesday. I love winter, snow, and cold, but not ice. Roads are clear on Wednesday. January 25, 2026 offered the delights and challenges of early winter snow and ice storms. Mother Nature is Impressive; loved the fourteen inches of powder snow in January. Ron's Viking and Norman blood welcomed the enchantments of a northern winter. January 25, 2026 witnessed a national and South West Ohio major snow event of 14" and zero temperatures for a week or longer. This Grand Nature event reminded Ron of epic Ski Resort visits in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Whistler, Snowshoe,.... Given the thrill of skiing, the low temperature and deep snow are welcome. From age 12, I regularly installed sawdust tires on family cars; I was a huge fan of studded tires, and now insist on AWD. The short drive to Doubleday's was uneventful, and there were few drivers on the road. Doubleday's offers an excellent pizza, and my wife prefers the Voodoo Veggie with tomato sauce and regular crust. She is not disappointed with this pizza. The parking at Doubleday's is snow cleared, and the young lady delivering the pizza to the car is enthusiastic and excellent - she merits an additional tip.

We placed an order for four people that included a fish sandwich, malibu melt, buffalo chicken quesadilla and the boss italian flatbread. They usually bring take out orders to your car, but did not have that available the day we ordered so we were told to pick up the food at the bar. The only problem was, they didn't have the bar staffed and we ended up standing awkwardly at the corner of the bar waiting for someone to acknowledge us, which took far too long and most other employees would make eye contact and then look away as if it wasn't there job to assist us. Strike 1. After about 5 minutes somebody came out of the kitchen asking if we had a take out order, then she heads back to grab it and we went on our way. However, when we got home and unpackaged the food, we were missing an entire entree (the italian flatbread). Strike 2. I called to inform them of the problem and that I would be back shortly to pick it up. When I arrived, it was about another 5 minutes of waiting at the bar before being acknowledged. This was becoming infuriating. Eventually, I got the flatbread and headed back home to my family who had already eaten their food. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was that I never received even a simple "Sorry about that" from anyone at Doubleday's. Strike 3. Since Doubleday's branding is rooted in baseball themes, I'm sure they'll understand that my experience was literally three strikes, and now they're out -- I won't be returning.
