I like to do carryout at cheddars. You can place your order online and they have specific spots for to go orders in their parking lot. You do not even have to get out of your car. They brought my order out to the car in less than five minutes from me parking. The portion size here are always good and one of my favorite dishes. Is there Caesar salad with an extra order of croissants.

We got together for a family dinner for my mom's birthday. Cheddars is her favorite, the broccoli cheddar casserole yes! She loves to eat here when she visits me because there are none in the northern part of the state where she lives. It was 5 of us and we got our table less than 10 minutes of walking in. Our server Shelby, was outstanding. She got our croissants and drinks out immediately. Then she took our food order shortly after. Everything came out nice and hot without any issues. The sweet lady came and checked on us multiple times and the manager came by a few times as well. Since they caught wind that we were celebrating my mom's birthday as we left she offered to take a couple photos of us. We had a great visit and will be back and we will be sure to ask for Shelby.

It has been over five years since I reviewed this location of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. I think five years ago they were simply known as Cheddars and now the "Scratch Kitchen" is also part of the name. The name of the game here is consistency. The restaurant still looks like it was built this year. The food remains consistently excellent. Service was very fast, efficient and correct at noon on a Thursday. I am still ordering the Cornmeal White Fish because it is hands down the best thing on the menu in my opinion. I only order one portion of the Green Beans now because I love their Red Beans & Rice. The RB&R tastes so good because it is exactly the way you would find it in New Orleans. They must slow cook their green beans too because they still taste awesome and are soft, just how I like them. There were plenty of parking spots available out front by the front door.

**0 Stars** A Total Waste of Time, Money, Energy, and Stomach Space This dining experience was a complete disaster, largely due to our server Bryson, who clearly doesn't care about his job. He was unenthusiastic and inattentive, forcing us to order appetizers via tablet after waiting for 10 minutes to be welcomed. To make matters more questionable, he even asked my 25-year-old boyfriend how old he was instead of simply carding him when he was already reaching for his wallet. The spinach dip was lackluster, lukewarm, and watery- tasting like it was made with frozen spinach. Despite requesting sour cream on the side via the tablet, it was dolloped on top. Chips and queso were mediocre, and our food took over 45 minutes to arrive after we were seated at 8:43 PM. It was supposed to be hot but neither tasted fresh nor warm--makes no sense. The ribeye was the only semi-decent part of the meal; seasoned well but didn't look appetizing and tasted rubbery- we brought the leftover steak home for our dog. Everything else was so disappointing. The cheesy broccoli casserole was passable, the Caesar salad was forgettable, and the rest of the food was underwhelming: the ribs were average, and the chicken was soggy instead of crispy. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. Overall, this was the worst dining experience we've ever had. We had to start a note with the running list of complaints from the evening to add into this Yelp Review. Avoid this place at all costs. I tried Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for the first time at the Greenwood location with a friend and I ordered the exact same meal. I was so happy with my experience that I left a 5-star review! I figured this CSK was closer to home so I wanted my boyfriend to try it, I was so excited in recommending that we go here for dinner. The entire dinner I kept apologizing for bringing us here. So completely and utterly disappointed.

Overall, you can never go wrong with Chedadars! They have a large menu and you won't struggle to find something that sounds good. I typically get the chicken pot pie (which is phenomenal) but I branched out and got the grilled white fish today. It was pretty good--it's just always going to be difficult to beat a great pot pie, in my opinion. My partner got the steamed broccoli side and wasn't a fan. He said it tasted like it came from a frozen package. I'd recommend getting the green beans instead. Restaurant is always clean and service was quickly and friendly!

griled salmon with bourbon glaze, sides of carrots and beans & rice. #yum #ReviewsByRL

Had lunch with coworkers on Friday (7.19.24). Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We started off with the honey butter croissants they bring to the table. Sooo tasty! For my meal, I had the grilled salmon with bourbon sauce, and my sides were rice & beans and the sweet carrots. The salmon is actually also served over a plain rice, but the side of rice and bean with the andouille in it is very delicious. The carrots were tender. My piece of salmon was good and the side of bourbon glaze for it really made the meal. I ate everything! My corworker also had the salmon but blackended and a baked potato; my other coworker had one of the salads with fried chicken strips, which were three large pieces. #yum #ReviewsByRL

Not a bad experience for cheddar's. Husband and I ordered a steak and ribs and ended with a chocolate dessert. The ribs are meaty on the top, however, under that and the other side they did have a decent amount of fat which I'm not a fan of. The dessert was absolutely amazing.

They had the doors open to the outside which gave it a fun, lively atmosphere. There were games like a basketball hoop, scooters for the kids, Connect Four, and cornhole, which added to the experience. TVs were everywhere, and with the Final Four game on, it made the vibe even better with music playing throughout the patio. Our server, Dajiah, was friendly and gave great recommendations, which we appreciated. For a bigger crowd, she was on it. For drinks, I had the Pineapple Smash (crown whiskey and double shot) and it was very good, definitely one of my favorites. I also tried the Blackberry Smash, which was just as good. My husband ordered a Blue Moon since they didn't have Mango Cart. He later tried to order a whiskey sour but ended up with a whiskey bound, which he didn't care for, though I thought it was decent. We started with the garlic knots appetizer with cheese and marinara, and those were good. For my meal, I had the salmon, which normally comes with rice and another side, but I swapped for a side salad and broccoli. I really enjoyed my salmon and broccoli. I got turned off from my salad because of one small issue. There was a hair in my side salad, but they handled it. They took it back immediately after I informed our server, remade it, and our server also offered to remove it from the bill, which I appreciated. My husband got the smash burger and fries, he said it was really good. It was a great time with good food, fun energy, and a lively patio setup. Definitely a spot for good vibes and accommodating to a larger crowd.

Having a payment terminal at the table streamlined the payment process and made it easy to check out. Love the place!

They have a pretty extensive beer list here, and many of them are local choices. For appetizer, we got the couscous Mac and cheese balls. These are pretty close in nature to arancini, but with more cheese. My main course was their weekend dinner special, with prime rib accompanied by white cheddar mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. The prime rib was absolutely amazing, nice and tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also great and are a very smooth consistency. For dessert, of course we had to get a pizookie! The triple chocolate delivers on its name. Served hot, it is well worth the wait after two courses of deliciousness. They have TVs around the bar area that have sports on. At the time, basketball and nascar had the most coverage. I wish they had the closed captioning on, since that makes it easier to tell what goes on if you're not right at the bar. The bathroom is kept clean there. My boyfriend and I are sure to come back on the weekday special going on, with select entrees and pizookies for $13 - what a deal! Then we waited to be noticed by the wait staff. And we waited, and waited. It took 17 minutes before anyone came to our table. We would have left but we had a $50 gift certificate to use. Finally someone came over. We ordered teas & an appetizer of flaming saganaki. We found it very tasty. For entered I ordered the Greek meatball sandwich. My wife got a cup of egg lemon bowl ( which is a soup she loves) & Keftethes ( with beef meatballs). I found the fries god & the meatballs & bread decent but the sauce was a little off to me which greatly reduced my enjoyment. It was just ok. My wife thought the soup was a bit thin but overall god with a strong lemon flavor. Her entree the meatballs were good, the green beans were cold & the roasted potatoes were decent. Overall she was meh. We ordered desserts to go. Baklava, Galaktoboureko ( custard in philo dough) & Oreo cake. Wife thought the baklava had an overpowering cinnamon taste which hurt it. The Galaktoboureko was basically sugar cream pie with philo crust. I thought it was ok but wife thought it should have been thinner. She also believes the to go containers aren't sufficient for these desserts due to the sugar syrup. The "Oreo cake" had one cookie to the side & was dry. When we gave the waitress our gift certificate she said they would take that off when they rang up the bill. She came back & the gift certificates were not taken off. I pointed this out to her & she went back to talk to whoever is running the register. When she came back she said she has no idea what's going on but they gave me a $50 bill to credit the $50 in gift certificates. My amazing wife surmised that they credited someone else's bill & gave us the $50 to make it right for us. Bottom line is all the staff we interacted with were friendly but the restaurant is very disorganized. Food was just ok. Can't say we were impressed.
