Put on the battery cables and says nope your battery's fine. He didn't show me anything saying it was fine or offer or anything else. So I left and thought I really don't think he knew what he was doing so I went over to AutoZone and they checked it right away. Said the battery was bad and they showed me the calculations on how the battery was almost down to zero in power. I don't think that the gentleman at O'Reilly really wanted to do any work to be honest. He mentioned that when he couldn't open the hood he said, oh I really don't like to work on other people's cars and I think to myself you're in that business.

Why is this one so special and better than the rest? Well, let me tell you. The customer service here is exceptional. And the attention to detail is beyond super. They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. Contacted Precision, first it's you must have run it without oil, then it's a few days past 6 months, then yes you found us & had us deliver it but the shop added it to your bill & paid us so we won't talk to you. So I am putting a new motor in for a few hundred more than I paid for the junk motor & spending another north of 9 thousand dollars. As if all that was not bad enough, it cost me 1k to find out the motor was trash because I thought it was just a starter & the Sequoia starter is a massive hassle to get at so it cost a fortune. Avoid these horrible people selling junk for a premium price

When I came with a faulty battery asking to replace, Brad couldn't find the purchase in their system, due to a clerical error at time of purchase. Went ahead and purchased a battery with the promise it will be taken care of with the home store. Called the home store to resolve. They instructed the store to keep the core for pickup so I can get it refunded. When I came back to pick up the core, Brad said he has no idea where it is and he assumed it had been picked up. He then continued to deflect any responsibility. Bad business! Taking no responsibility for his mistakes!

He then went through this whole thing on how he has to charge it. The other guy knew right away that it was dead. The not nice one said to come back in a few hours and then maybe get it swapped out. I have not dealt with such a rude manager in quite a while and was really surprised by the lack of professionalism.
