Why is this one so special and better than the rest? Well, let me tell you. The customer service here is exceptional. And the attention to detail is beyond super. They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. I brought the dead battery in to get it replaced under warranty and he refused to swap it out. The first manager was going to swap it (like it should have been) but then this guy (the only one without a name tag) came over and belittled the employee right in front of everyone there. He then went through this whole thing on how he has to charge it. The other guy knew right away that it was dead. The not nice one said to come back in a few hours and then maybe get it swapped out. I have not dealt with such a rude manager in quite a while and was really surprised by the lack of professionalism. We will never be back to this particular autozone as I believe they are one of the best auto stores out there.
