I usually love and enjoy seeing my Check City family! However, today my visit was frustrating and basically awful due to a teller who was rude, and short in every way. She did not possess the usual customer service skills I have always experienced as a long time guest. Thankfully Dean was here to be the friendly face I needed and saved the day after all. read more

Kelli helped me today. She was professional and helpful. I am so glad I came in. She is the supervisor at this location.

Very safe location when I came in I was stressed I met Pablo first and he was so patient with me when I didn't understand the process he read my energy knowing I wasn't being rude and guided me politely through this process. I was embarrassed to verify with my job and personal references and Whitney had such an empathetic response I began to relax and trust this system Andrew than helped finalize my loan and then began to offer other services I new I needed . this world is very hard and each one of them showed such kindness and understanding that not only did it change my day but helped me change my life! I am truly great full for all of their team work and being the best at what they do I came in sad with no one to turn to but left with what I needed and a tax return also I will never go anywhere else and they deserve to be elevated Thank you so very much customer service was beyond amazing 15*********** read more
