Not a single item was damaged. - Fantastic Attitude: Robert and his crew were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. They moved my stuff in record time and took care of everything really well. However.... after the move, some shiesty things happened. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

These guys handle every bin, piece of furniture, appliance, and wardrobe box with great care. They take the time to disassemble (if needed) and reassemble (if needed) every bit of furniture. It all gets wrapped in plastic, too! Plus, time is used efficiently. For my latest travels (about 5 miles to the new place), from start to finish, the job was completed in just 6 hours! And, that's for a fully-loaded, 2- bedroom condo WITH 16 STAIRS AT BOTH RESIDENCES! So, so, impressive. On top of that, the fellas have always been friendly, enthusiastic, skilled, and hard-working. For this most recent move, I was so fortunate to meet Alex, Vladimir, and Nick. They were on time, and nothing short of amazing. You might be wondering the price for the wonderful service they provided? Incredibly reasonable! And, I received a discount for paying in cash. From the initial click on the Fastruck website to waving goodbye to the guys, everything went smoothly. They are the ONLY movers to hire in the greater Los Angeles area. Thank you, Fastruck! Thank you sooooo much for making our move seamless. *Updating a day later, after fully unpacking.* My husband and I started unpacking as the movers were still moving things. We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things.
