It truly is like watching a well honed pit crew going to work. They were in between customer cars at the time so everyone jumped in to help get the job moving. Caleb, the tech that was assigned my car, is thorough and worked on this rather simple job as if he working on his own car. TPMS are tricky and if you don't dismount the tire bead just right you could damage them. He was efficient and thorough. When I arrived, they showed me the tires, which were indeed Bridgestone, but they preferred to let us leave with the damaged tires rather than sell them at the price they initially quoted. By the previous reviews and it is needless to say, you can tell what kind of people they are. Don't give them your business.
