5 stars every single time. I honestly don't know how America's Tire trains their employees, but…read moreevery visit has been a great experience. The staff is always professional, helpful, and efficient, and the pricing is very reasonable. One thing I highly recommend is getting the tire protection warranty. It was only around $15 extra, and it absolutely paid off for me. I once had a tire blow out while driving out of town, and the only place nearby was a small local tire shop. America's Tire simply asked me to send the receipt, and they reimbursed me without giving me a hard time at all. That level of customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate companies that stand behind their products and take care of customers the right way. I truly hope they keep these great prices and excellent service for many years to come. Love this place!

I hand carried in a single flat tire and rim to get the tire replaced. Dropped it off and a few…read morehours later, picked it up. It all looked good. I go home and mount it onto my truck, which I do not daily drive because of the gas prices. I go for a spin and notice that my tire pressure light is now on, but I'm not alarmed because I know sometimes it takes a while for the sensor to connect back with the truck (the truck had been driven around on its spare with the flat tire at home). Over the next week or so, I noticed the tire pressure light had not gone away so I tried to reinitialize the sensor with my tpms programmer. It just would not work. In fact, my TPMS programmer would not even detect the sensor. I thought maybe the sensor had somehow ran out of battery, as a coincidence. Last night, I finally had enough time to break the bead on the tire in order to access the sensor to replace it. I was shocked to find that an incorrect sensor had been mounted. In fact, the current sensor is not even for a Toyota Tundra because it's a 433mhz sensor and the Tundra uses a 315mhz sensor. And yes, I know for a fact that my sensor was working when I got the flat because I watched the pressure decrease from 45 down to zero on that tire. In other words, someone at the tire shop switched out my sensor. (The invoice said nothing about switching sensors or anything . It was a simple mount and balance). I don't know why they would do that, perhaps someone broke my sensor when replacing the tire and then swapped one on to cover it up. Regardless, completely shady and dishonest. I've been going to various America's Tires for about 20 years and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. The sensors are like $40 for four of them on Amazon and about two hrs of my time. It's not even the money for me because I know how to deal with these sensors, but for someone else it could have really screwed them up because they would have been paying money for a diagnostic. I would not have expected this type of practice at a legitimate store. Very disappointing.

She made sure that the quote would be tied to my existing account. Online booking is super simple and straightforward. After arriving and checking in, the tech started working on the job. It truly is like watching a well honed pit crew going to work. They were in between customer cars at the time so everyone jumped in to help get the job moving. Caleb, the tech that was assigned my car, is thorough and worked on this rather simple job as if he working on his own car. TPMS are tricky and if you don't dismount the tire bead just right you could damage them. He was efficient and thorough. Hats off to this crew, they took care of a puncture I had on my previous car and this is why I come back to them now.

I finally decided to give Les Schwab Tire Center a try, and I'm really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Eddie made a great first impression. He greeted me right away, gave me a quick overview of the company, and immediately knew what size tires I needed, while still taking the time to walk out with me and confirm. I explained why I needed to replace my tires, and he shared helpful information that really showed his knowledge and experience. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant, and I also have to say how nice it was to have such a spacious waiting area. Compared to the local competition, where the customer area feels cramped, Les Schwab's waiting room felt much more comfortable. Manny was the technician who worked on my car and also helped close everything out when the job was done. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he did and what he found, which I really appreciated. Best of all, there was no upselling and no pressure. I was in and out in about an hour, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If this is the level of service I can expect from this shop, they've definitely earned my business.

I sent my wife to get her tires changed. While she was there, they told her the price would be $65 each. They asked her for the tire size, as if they didn't know how to find it on the tire itself. After finding the tires, they raised the price to $85 each, claiming they were almost new. When I arrived, they showed me the tires, which were indeed Bridgestone, but they preferred to let us leave with the damaged tires rather than sell them at the price they initially quoted. By the previous reviews and it is needless to say, you can tell what kind of people they are. Don't give them your business.

They scratched up my brand new rims during the install, and when I pointed it out, they immediately got defensive and claimed the damage was already there. Suddenly, no one could speak English. Total lack of accountability. This was a brand new set of wheels, and now they're marked up thanks to their sloppy work. Steer clear of this place--you might save a few bucks upfront, but you'll pay for it in the long run. You really do get what you pay for.
