All healthy and delicious! It's like a very fancy and pricey restaurant with 5 star food quality and service. Amazing ambience, meditation pods available too. Iced matcha latte with soy milk was amazing. My server was really good, smashed fresh avocado on a sourdough bread minus eggs and sour cream was a delight ! Parantha with chickpeas and green moon sprouts were super good and healthy. Love it

Lots of seating options. During certain windows, the lounge can get quite crowded. I was able to find a cosy nook during my visits. As with their other lounges, each table has a QR code menu to place orders and the items in the menu changes based on the time of the day you are in. During my morning visit, I ordered a mocha, eggs royale (smoked salmon benedict) and a green juice. During late afternoon, they offered high tea and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge basket with sandwiches, quiche, scones and pastries. Each of their food items and beverages were exceptionally good. I also used the showers which was well maintained. The bathrooms are also individually designed allowing privacy and space to freshen up, change etc.

It's a lounge for First British Airways customers located in Terminal 5 at London Heathrow. The most premium feature of our visit was being able to dine in the private pre-flight dining booths. This is basically a restaurant-type experience. The food (we ate breakfast) was good and the high partitions in the dining area gave a nice sense of privacy. The service was top-notch and this was the best part of visiting The Concorde Room. After eating, we camped out in the lounge for what was thought to be about an hour, but turned into 3 hours with multiple flight delays. Good news is that the lounge is nice and does offer some outdoor dining as well, so there was plenty of natural light, but the lounge could've benefited from more partitions and more privacy. The decor is fine, but lacked the elevation and sophistication of other first class lounge products. The part where The Concorde Room loses a star is in the bathrooms. They are rather small, gender-neutral restrooms with poor lighting and they really felt like something you would've seen in just a regular terminal. Nothing luxurious about the restrooms whatsoever. Overall, The Concorde Room definitely delivers in the dining realm, but loses its luxury focus in other aspects of its execution.

It takes a bit of a walk and a few escalators to get to the British Airways First Class Lounge, but…read moreit is absolutely worth it. This lounge has the space as in a huge area, the relaxed vibe, the very comfortable chairs and sofas to make this the perfect stop and break when taking that 15-20 hour flight to Asia with the one stop in London. Well this stop is the best. The team here is outstanding. They have a greeter 30 feet outside the entrance. There have always been 3 staff members at the check in which is in seconds. Love the selection and top shelf beverage and wine variety. Really love the ice cream cart. Get a genuine and full English breakfast here. The handy QR codes make it so easy and convenient to order and instantly receive food, drinks and amenities right at one's seat. Enjoy the ultimate shopping experience as you jump on the " Reserve and Collect" computers to reserve and shop from any store or boutique at the airport. All this while checking out the sun teasing with a ten second appearance and the planes entering and exiting the gates a few hundred feet away The team here keeps the buffet stocked and picks up used plates in a jiffy. The sad part is leaving after settling into that beautiful LazyBoy armchair and hopping on the sometimes crowded elevator( excuse me lift) as the escalators going down are temporarily out. First Class all the way.

The lounge itself has plenty of seating all over the place. A full bar centrally located and a dining area with plenty of eating options. I was there during dinner hours, I didnt find the food to be anything special, but it was def better than whatever will be served on a plane. Be aware that this terminal is massive with its own train connecting 3 diff areas. So your flight might be up to 15-20 journey from the lounge if its in a far away gate. Would def recommend this lounge if you have access!

A nice selection of dishes, some classics and some more modern creations. I had the pani puri shots. You can have them with or without vodka. This is quite a fun appetiser, but could have been executed better. The green water was not mixed properly and the shells were not full. Not bad though. You put the whole shell in your mouth, crunch crunch and then take the shot of green spice water. You get six shot glasses, five with the green water and one with yoghurt and tamarind, although the server called this turmeric, which it was not. The potato bhajia was pretty good, nice and crispy and a large serving. All the sauces are made off-site and purchased from a vendor (they told me). The tamarind sauce was soso, but chilli sauce was good. The mango lassi was a bit small being served in a copper mug, rather than a tall glass. I imagine this lounge is nice looking in the evening a probably the place to be in the local suburbia. But service was a bit inattentive. Literally 10 people running back and forth, but no one stopping to check on you. In an empty restaurant. At least I got a £5 off when downloading the app.
