My sister and I would frequently visit this place on our breaks from uni, we found the food to be delicious and a great value for money. However it is unlikely we will ever be returning. We have tried many times to give this place a chance due to its convenient location but constantly being overcharged and ignored over and over again simply was not worth the effort, you would think that regular customers would not receive such treatment. We usually enjoyed the lunchtime special, but we soon realised that neither of us could finish our plates, so we thought it'd be a better idea to start ordering one special to share instead. We were met with extreme disappointment. On three occasions they charged us the price of two meals despite only purchasing one. We had initially ordered the lunch time special to share (split onto two plates) which we had explained very clearly, yet we were still charged for the price of two regular meals even though we only ordered one. The special we ordered is cheaper than the regular meal, we thought we were saving money, but instead they charged us full price for an extra plate we didn't even order nor receive. They assumed that since we had two plates on our table, they could charge us for two meals. When we explained the situation to them, they said we should be more clear next time. We attempted this two more times, and it soon became obvious that they were ignoring our demands for more money. Additionally, they forgot one of our friend's orders completely on one occasion. It's a shame the employees are so careless, because we really did enjoy the food and the service when we first discovered Chatkhara, but three chances is enough. read more
