When they confirmed that they did, I booked an appointment for me and my wife. I waited six weeks for this appointment. On the day prior to the appointment I received a call informing me that they do not accept my insurance. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to ask if I was willing to pay out of pocket for the exams. No thank you, that is why I have vision insurance. I will never return to this practice regardless of insurance based on this incompetence.

She came in the room and didn't even make eye contact until about 5 minutes in and barely looked at me more than 2-3 times the entire visit. The she immediately told me to stop talking as she needed to read what was entered in the computer. When she started reading the narrative for why I was there, and I responded to her question, she immediately placed her hand up to stop me and said she didn't need to hear that right now. She then went through my complaint but literally word for word as she was more preoccupied with typing it into the computer than actually listening to me. Wouldn't let me say more than 2-3 words at a time or said I was talking too fast and she had to type it, and to stop. She then proceeded to say what I was feeling was normal, and I should just take 2 Ibuprofen tablets twice a day, use some artificial tears and I'll be fine. When I reiterated that I was unable to move my eye without pain and had blurred vision and swelling and I literally couldn't function and that I was concerned that those things had only worsened my symptoms thus far, she just said it'll go away and proceeded to attempt to end the visit. I was so upset that I started crying and had to ask her to please listen to me as she continued to ignore my concerns. She eventually stepped out and said she had to check something and left. She ended up giving me a prescription to help but the prescription was not written correctly (should have been drops for just a few days but the Rx was for daily and with 6 months of refills). I left the office in tears as I was so incredibly frustrated. The front office and the assistant who checked me in: fabulous.. so nice! But the doctor, the one person that needed to be attentive, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable; she was anything but this. Literally the worst experience and I will never return or recommend this doctor or practice.

I had one issue: ONE TIME with damage to my glasses (they had been sat on my vehicle dash and the lenses "crazed".) So I bring them in and explain the situation. This company, this manager, their response is we can't do anything for you. Did I want them 100% replaced? No. The frames were fine. I even offered to pay a percentage of the new lenses. The official company policy on this was "fuck you." They wouldn't do anything. Not a 10% discount not a 5% discount-nothing.
