While it was being repaired, the business was broken into and robbed, and my saw was stolen! Kristen quickly called and apologized profusely, and immediately offered to either pay me for a new saw, or apply the value towards a new saw. I thought it over for a while and ended up taking the payout. No issues whatsoever with the business and they were extremely professional and courteous. I am sure that most reviews for this company are all about the quality of service, repair…read moreefficiency, pick up and delivery service etc. However, unless you have a real need that gets filled by one of the staff actually going the "second mile" above and beyond the call of duty you will never know the true value of Hollinger's. After a recent snow storm I was in a real dilemma. I am a senior citizen who is usually a true DIY kind of guy. However due to a current health issue I was unable to clear my driveway. What is more, I was unable to find anyone to do it for me. In desperation I called Hollingers to see if Rick or Leon might know anyone who might be able to help me out. Neither of them knew of anyone who could do it in this situation. However, when Rick realized my situation he volunteered to come to my house after he got off work the next day and clear it for me. That is a true humanitarian with a heart for excellent customer service. I have known for a while they are a 1st quality outfit but this was unbelievable. I just had an Unbelievable service experience!! I had my Exmark mower in for a routine service…read moreappointment, upon my mower being dropped off, my son immediately started to mow the lawn. Well, long story short, he ran the mower out of gas, causing the mower to jolt in a way that knocked the belt off. I called Stoltzfus and they said they would have a service tech out asap. Well Wayne showed up and put my belt on and even looked things over to ensure all was good to go!! This was all done at no charge!! I already like this company, but I will be sure to tell anybody & everybody I know that is in need of a Lawn/Farm equipment to buy from Stoltzfus.
