My interactions: I inherited a mower that could not make it through a full mowing without crapping out. I checked the filter, drained the lines, topped up the fluids but nothing helped. They did an inspection and recommended a tuneup (which, it hadn't had for a few years). I took it home and the mower made it through most of a mowing before dying. The second mowing I only made it half way. I called them up, they told me about their 30-day guarantee, and I brought it back. Wayne took a look at it, said he'd do a proper cleaning out of the carburetor and could have it ready for me the next day. He even tested it for 45 minutes to make sure it could go the full time and still mow some grass; that's going the extra mile for your customer! I have a lawn mower that doesn't owe me anything. Even when I have to send it to the farm upstate with all the other old mowers, I will bring my next lawn mower here for servicing because I know they will do a good job on it and will give me a good deal.

I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.

Since I have received 2 visits from these people I am entitled to one review for each visit…read more , I am writing a second one. They left a message and I will call them back soon. Well, I was checking online what should include a comprehensive check up of a leak inside a refrigerator (since they charged $180.00 for a service call and over $400.00 to complete the work). This technician only check the air around the refrigerator door (put a door gadget in 15 minutes thinking that that was going to solve the problem, which it did not. He checked the panel inside the freezer which according to him was normal. He tightened some screws at the bottom of the refrigerator. See, he did not move the refrigerator to make tests in the back of the refrigerator. I am sure that there are a lot of cables and stuff in the back of the refrigerator but, no that was not done. Last time the technician told me to push the door of the refrigerator to make sure that it is sealed. I do not have to push anything: that should be resolved without me pushing anything unless the repair is mediocre. What type of repair is that that I have to push to make sure that is properly sealed everytime I open the refrigerator. Let me tell you something; this business should be investigated by a government agency, interviewing past customers specially the ones that have spilled their guts here in YELP. Unfortunately the US government allows these people to charge whatever they want to, The thing that does not have an excuse is taking money from people and been incompetent.
