Phenomenal and fast service. Very reasonable prices as well. I will use them exclusively for my small motor services

The level of incompetence is astounding. The first time I got my car back, the oil cooler they…read morereplaced was leaking everywhere. The engine oil warning light came on. I made it clear in writing all of what needed to be done to the vehicle. I told the body shop (I was hit by a Geico underinsured motorist) that sent my car to this business that there's no rush and that I'm happy to pay whatever it takes to get the car right. I put in writing that the lug nuts needed to be torqued to spec. (101-103 ft. lbs.). Today I went to take 1 of the wheels they put on the car off. I used penetrating oil, tapped the hex socket (this is what you want to use, not a 12 point that will strip the lug corners) a breaker bar with a 3 ft. pipe extension (total of almost 5') and could not break the lugs free. And bent the breaker bar. I'm a 45 year old male with above average strength. Next I went to a neighbor's house, tapped the socket on to the lug nut and used a top of the line 1/2" Snap-on impact at 175 PSI. This produces somewhere between 1,200 and 1,600 ft. lbs. of nut-breaking torque. IT DIDN'T move a millimeter. There's about 4 people involved between this shop and the body shop and no one is capable of following manufacturer or customer instructions. Or verifying the shoddy work of others even after the "others" have done previous shoddy work. I have documentation of the instructions and receipts if anyone would like to see them before taking their car to this establishment. They've had multiple chances to do things correctly and have proven that they either are not capable, do not care or both. They have no more chances. Whatever manager/owner response that appears is a fools attempt to save face. I was a fool to allow my car to be serviced here. You are too if you read this and still go there. It's not worth risking your life. Do yourself a favor and choose another shop.

They said they weren't sure because they were pretty busy. They close at 6 and when I hadn't heard from them by 6:10 I thought I'd have to wait until Monday. They called at 6:35 and said my car was ready. They stayed late just to get to my car! I also got a senior discount. I highly recommend this place!

I can always expect great service when I take my car to Alvin. He is honest, communicates issues…read moreeffectively and always keeps me in the loop with what needs to be fixed, as well as when it needs to be done. My husband takes his car to Alvin as well and Alvin has even assisted him with tips for minor repairs that he attempts to handle on his own. How awesome is that! I'm grateful that I found Alvin when searching for a local, reliable mechanic. I truly appreciate that he is customer focused as well which means a lot to me. Thanks Alvin!!

He was referred to me from a friend, and we've been very pleased. He's taking care of my partner's E39 and putting up with all the little things that pop up with owning an older BMW (which is all the time LOL). He will solve mysteries. He's a car enthusiast and will work hard to get your baby back on the road. What I like about him most is that he's extremely detail oriented, patient, gives detailed reports, will work with you on parts (within reason, you don't want to put junk parts on your car, so take his advice when OEM is best) and that is what I want in a technician/owner of a repair shop. Even better is he's right next door to Redline Motorworks who have an alignment rack (a great VW shop). He's a great guy and you should give him a try on your Bimmer!

Nick is awesome. Period. What a nice, fair and genuine human being…read more My husband I have been taking our vehicles to Nick for oil changes, tires, brakes and misc diagnostics for years - both new and old. I stopped taking my luxury vehicle to the dealership as soon as my warranties were up and my service is better here (and less expensive). I'm thinking of getting a Jeep one day, and Nick just so happens to be a Jeep expert so I guess our automotive relationship will continue for years to come. Nick of Time is your ideal neighborhood mechanic. Never any issues!

But…read moreinstead after my vehicle was ready, I left with my car smoking and leaking oil all over my belts and lower panel which leaked out of the cranecase ventilation plug because Nick intentionally unplugged it so that I could bring my car back to his shop to over charge and over price me for a job the he himself caused! Of course my engine light came on because of this sabotage. He then proceeds to tell me that i had a leak and that he could run a diagnostic to figure out the problem! So, this crook of a man sabotaged my car so that I would have to bring it back to his shop so that he could rip me off and charge me a boat load of money for a problem that he himself caused! I'm so glad that I figured out what this crook did to my car in a nick of time before it became a real serious issue and ruined my engine!
