Phenomenal and fast service. Very reasonable prices as well. I will use them exclusively for my small motor services

The level of incompetence is astounding. The first time I got my car back, the oil cooler they…read morereplaced was leaking everywhere. The engine oil warning light came on. I made it clear in writing all of what needed to be done to the vehicle. I told the body shop (I was hit by a Geico underinsured motorist) that sent my car to this business that there's no rush and that I'm happy to pay whatever it takes to get the car right. I put in writing that the lug nuts needed to be torqued to spec. (101-103 ft. lbs.). Today I went to take 1 of the wheels they put on the car off. I used penetrating oil, tapped the hex socket (this is what you want to use, not a 12 point that will strip the lug corners) a breaker bar with a 3 ft. pipe extension (total of almost 5') and could not break the lugs free. And bent the breaker bar. I'm a 45 year old male with above average strength. Next I went to a neighbor's house, tapped the socket on to the lug nut and used a top of the line 1/2" Snap-on impact at 175 PSI. This produces somewhere between 1,200 and 1,600 ft. lbs. of nut-breaking torque. IT DIDN'T move a millimeter. There's about 4 people involved between this shop and the body shop and no one is capable of following manufacturer or customer instructions. Or verifying the shoddy work of others even after the "others" have done previous shoddy work. I have documentation of the instructions and receipts if anyone would like to see them before taking their car to this establishment. They've had multiple chances to do things correctly and have proven that they either are not capable, do not care or both. They have no more chances. Whatever manager/owner response that appears is a fools attempt to save face. I was a fool to allow my car to be serviced here. You are too if you read this and still go there. It's not worth risking your life. Do yourself a favor and choose another shop.

They called at 6:35 and said my car was ready. They stayed late just to get to my car! I also got a senior discount. I highly recommend this place!

He was referred to me from a friend, and we've been very pleased. He's a car enthusiast and will work hard to get your baby back on the road. What I like about him most is that he's extremely detail oriented, patient, gives detailed reports, will work with you on parts (within reason, you don't want to put junk parts on your car, so take his advice when OEM is best) and that is what I want in a technician/owner of a repair shop. Even better is he's right next door to Redline Motorworks who have an alignment rack (a great VW shop). He's a great guy and you should give him a try on your Bimmer!

I'm grateful that I found Alvin when searching for a local, reliable mechanic. I truly appreciate that he is customer focused as well which means a lot to me. Thanks Alvin!!

I stopped taking my luxury vehicle to the dealership as soon as my warranties were up and my service is better here (and less expensive). Of course my engine light came on because of this sabotage. He then proceeds to tell me that i had a leak and that he could run a diagnostic to figure out the problem! So, this crook of a man sabotaged my car so that I would have to bring it back to his shop so that he could rip me off and charge me a boat load of money for a problem that he himself caused! I'm so glad that I figured out what this crook did to my car in a nick of time before it became a real serious issue and ruined my engine!

I have a few complaints about my service from the beginning of August. Below is the exact complaint…read moreI filed with them the night of my service (Still waiting to hear back). If I could give them negative stars I would. I left about an hour and a half ago and told to come back tomorrow morning so the team could recalibrate my wiper blades. I was told I was fine to drive home and maybe drove for 5 minutes before my safety features like my antilock brake system, pre collision assist, and hill assist started going off saying they weren't working. Then, my entire dashboard zeroed out and I had no speedometer, mileage count, or blind spot detectors. I have photos of my dashboard (while parked to be safe) and the notifications from the FordPass App for the safety features not working. I also was made to feel uncomfortable by some male members of the staff. At one point I asked Roland how much more time my car was going to take. He asked how far I lived. He first offered to personally drive me and then pick me up when my car was ready. I said no and then he offered the ride-share option. I declined that as well and said I don't like to be in those alone as a woman. He replied that he could drive me and keep me safe to which I declined again and called my dad to get me. When I returned to get my car, Lando was trying to explain to me how tight it would be for 2 people to work in the bay on my struts at the same time and booty bumped into me which made me uncomfortable. When it was around 5:30 and he said they closed at 5 and I would need to come back tomorrow morning for them to recalibrate my wiper blades, I was very apprehensive about that and leaving with them not working if it rained. Lando said if it rained he would personally take me to dinner to make it up to me. As I paid he was asking me what kind of food I liked and then as I was leaving he said after they put on my other 2 tires on Monday he was going to plan a seafood date. Demetre said Lando needed to get my phone number. Lando said he would see me tomorrow and Monday. I am very upset that I have to return 2 more times for my service to be complete, I was left with a car that electronically was not safe to drive, and I was made very uncomfortable.

Ralph and team have been amazing to work with - honest, timely, responsive and great value (and they are experts on Porsches from every generation). Chuck even helped me diligence the purchase of my Cayenne from an out of state seller. I'm writing this review because of a recent experience: my Cayenne need some major maintenance work given its age and mileage, as well as 4 new tires - because it was making some bad noises I took it to a nearby dealer in Baltimore county and the quote was $20K+...after some sticker shock I called Chuck at Ralph's and walked through the service it needed - without seeing the quote from the dealer Ralph's gave me a quote that was half the price of the dealer! But that's not the end of the story - I picked up the car on a Friday and everything was amazing - super happy to have it back...so I drive home, on four brand new tires, and the next morning (a Saturday) when I walk out to the car there is a screw in one of the back tires! I took a picture and sent a message to the team asking what to do...15 minutes later I get a call from them and they tell me they are sending someone out to take care of it...on a Saturday! Amazing. I had difficulty getting in touch with their sales team, often requiring multiple calls to receive assistance. They recommended a transmission flush on my 99 Porsche Boxster, which had over 104,000 miles. Less than 1,000 miles later, the transmission failed. After researching, I found that some mechanics advise against transmission flushes on older, high-mileage vehicles. When I brought the car back for repair, I was quoted a very high price for the fix, and a phone call later, I was offered a newer Porsche to purchase by Chuck... are you kidding me? Overall, the experience left me dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this shop based on my personal experience.
