When they replaced the oil filter, they only hand‑tightened it instead of using the proper tool. I asked if it was tightened correctly, they said yes, but I don't believe them. A hand‑tightened filter can loosen from engine vibration. It needs to be tightened with a tool. Poor service and no attention to detail.

I recently moved to the area and looking for a more convenient location closer to home for my auto service needs. There was a QR code on the coupon I received so it was easy to make an appointment using my phone. I picked a 8 am time slot that was the earliest available. Looks like they are open 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. No weekends yet but hopefully that will change after they have been open for a while. You can tell they are band now. The lot was large and clean. I think it used to be a small car dealership. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable with a big screen TV. Restroom was clean. Everyone was friendly. They do have a shuttle service that will take you to locations close by but I didn't have anything to do so I decided to wait there. The oil change was pretty reasonable as far as price and time. I would definitely come back again for my next oil change.

They charged me $285 to check it out and put Freon in the vehicle. 10 days later or so the a/c goes hot again, so I take it back and they diagnosed a bad valve of some sort and I get charged another $225, so now I'm $510 in! Within 5 days my a/c runs hot again and I take it back. They do another inspection and states it probably the a/c line and it will be $600 to repair between the labor and the parts. I push back and say well how do I know the valve that I just paid $225 for was even defective? Vince the service manager gives me some long drawn out explanation. I thought the right thing to do was to say hey we may have misdiagnosed your vehicle twice and we will split the difference with you on the new line! So the tech was either incompetent or I'm be had!
