I scheduled an appointment online for tire rotation, oil change, and engine/cabin air filter to be replaced. The salesman added on a $100 ventilation cleaning to the bill without my knowledge. When I went back to ask for a refund, he said he wasn't able to do refunds and to come back the next day. After going back and forth for about 10 minutes, he finally gave me the refund. read more

Went to company to check if there was an issue with my tire because the air pressure was low. Salesperson come out and did a visual look, then proceeded to tell me that the tire was ok and that there was no problem with the tire. Then I asked for courtesy air to be placed in the tire (I was willing to pay for the air) and I was told that they couldn't air up the tire. I went to this tire place to get help because my tire continues to lose air pressure. This place was useless and I felt that they dismissed my concerns. Last Tuesday (Aug. 17), I discovered my tire was very low and in fact had a nail in it. I went to three other places before finally ending up at your store. This was 10:15 am and I was supposed to be in Laurel at 10:30 for my job. You were the only place that seemed like you could help me. You said it would be about an hour before anyone could look at it and if we needed to order new tires for me (at over $300) it would take time. Within an hour I was out of the door, and I only needed a patch on the tire to fix it and it cost me $36! Thank you for not taking advantage of my situation and saying I needed new tires when I didn't. I appreciated the friendly service and the sincere care you took of me in my situation. Brought our car in on a Sunday when they opened at 10 AM there were three people ahead of us they said they had a little backlog said I would take a couple hours came back at 1 PM said they were bringing it back in to start on it tried calling the store and nobody answered the entire day went back at 3 PM 30 minutes before closing they just put the car on the lift tires and everything still intact said we'd have to come back tomorrow morning to pick it up because I wasn't waiting there they didn't put us on priority or on the list in order they took other people before us and left us forgotten even after we came back in to remind them at 1 PM. They said they would call and never even called us to tell us that there would be a delay. Not sure how this place stays in business. read more

10-6-2021 I went to jus tires because my car displayed a pop up saying low brake pads so at 8am I talked with the manager Chris Whetstone explaining to him I may need brake pad and rotors Chris said the guy who specializes on Mercedes will take a look and he will inform me of what all I need ..so I told him I will wait ..within 20min Chris explained all of what I need for my car and the cost also told me the brake pads were at the store but had to order special rotors. And I wouldn't take long to get them to the store ...and all would be done in a couple hours .left my car there because I had to be at wrk at 9am at about 11:30 I received a call from the young lady who wrks there ...letting me know my car was ready ..I was very.. the cost was very reasonable 699 in total including tax .I can always count on Chris he's super friendly very business and very informative....thanks Chris your the best!! read more

had a slow leak on a bck tire. I waited 2 hours and 20mins. People who came after me left before and I did hear one person saying he was coming in for a slow leak as well. I asked a few times about where they were holding and was told your in the line, your next, different staff do different thing etc. Staff in office were polite but poor service. read more

This last winter, I needed new brakes, rotors, an oil change, and something was going on with my steering. I just knew I'd have to sit there for hours, bored as hell. The work was done pretty quickly and I was back home in no time. Fast forward to today. I arrived at 8:00 am for an oil change and new tires. I had to be at work at 10:00 a half an hour away. Was finished within an hour and was super early getting to work. We were near this store today when we discovered one of our tires was almost flat (and non-reparable, since it was pierced by a huge nail). We couldn't drive all the way back to NYC with the spare, so a friend of my brother-in-law recommended Just Tires. The service manager - Eric - was *terrific*; he handled everything promptly and he was really pleasant & helpful. There was no "hard sell" and he discussed various options with us. I went there for a new tire for my Honda Odessy. I dropped off the car and was told it would be 2 hours. After over 2 hours I called to find out if my car was ready only to find out that had not even started it. They were upset at me that they could not find the wheel lock and told me without it there was nothing they could do. I later went to a different mechanic who easily found my wheel lock but told me they would be able to change my tire even without the wheel lock (either with one they had or by breaking it off and replacing it with a new set). I will never go back. They would rude and unreliable. read more

I recently had my car towed here due to the fact it was not running properly. I had a diagnostics test completed, I was told several issues were wrong with my car & that 1 out of 3 issues were the transmission issue, but I was never told exactly what the other problems were that was being fixed. I assumed that they fixed transmissions because I was told that my car was being fixed on & that they were waiting on parts to come. After 3 days of keeping my car I called once again. I was told that they couldn't fix my transmission problem and referred me to Aamco "After" they fixed my car minor issues that had nothing to do with my car not running. Fast forward remind you I was not told what the other problems were until. I arrived I was charged a total of $1200 including bs like abs brake system, throttle, spark plugs etc . The principal is they manage to get $1200 out of me and my car still not fixed starting to believe my car was never worked on! I just forked over $1200 to get minor things fixed on my car that had nothing that had to do with my car not running. Now I am out of a vehicle and $1200! Women if you don't know anything about cars please leave this stuff for a man to handle! Why would I get my car that is not running towed here knowingly, just to pay $200 for abs sensor etc,,not rational! read more
