SUPER CONVENIENT DRIVE-THRU! I love coming to the ATM drive-thru off Florida, it's quick and easy! I had to make a withdrawal and I didn't have to jump out of the window to push the ATM buttons. Rather, I pulled up rolled my window down and simply inserted my card without exerting myself lol. I also love that the ATM is shaded so I can clearly see every feature. I stopped by in the late afternoon and quickly conducted my business. I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. I came in to cash a check as a non-member with a check issued to Chase. My check was scanned , torn, and "verified" then I signed . 20 mins later I'm told because the check didn't meet 4/5 requirements of their criteria they won't cash it for that reason. No further explanation due to privacy reasons on their end. Very frustrating and an inconvenience. I would never recommend Chase nor ever come back . Especially this location. read more

Horrible customer service. Cash check here from my employer regularly without an account so I went in to open account there was no available appointments available for three weeks. They called to cancel the day of my appointment and i missed the call during my work hours so i tried reaching back out and left plenty of voicemails with no response. Once again went in to see what the problem was no record of my appointment was told have to wait another 2 weeks for the next available appointment. I tried to get a checking account online, and they denied me for no reason. There loss

Brought my son's girlfriend to close a joint account and look into opening her own account. Arrived at 11:15AM and it took 1 hour and 50 minutes to have our name called to speak with a banker. Wanted to use the bathroom after waiting for an hour but there is no public restroom. The sweet little guard was able to get permission from a bank employee to allow me to use the bathroom. There are only two tellers, two kiosks, and a few bankers on a busy Saturday. I didn't plan on spending my Saturday at the bank and based on this experience, I am advising my son's gf to just close out her account and not open a new one here. I LIKE this bank AND the folks who work here! (And I have a bit of a crush on the older guard with the beautiful blue eyes!) Never had a problem parking even though the lot is shared with the other businesses in the building. The longest I've stood in line for a teller was not more than 15 minutes - usually much less, more like 5 minutes. Granted, using a teller to explain how to use the inside ATM is a waste of a banker when there is one person per half hour trying to use the machine while there are 7 or 8 people standing in line... would be 5 stars otherwise. read more

I just recently opened up a Chase account and so far I'm very happy with it. Benjamin was extremely helpful and kind when opening my account and even wished me a happy belated birthday when he called a couple weeks later to see if everything was going okay with my new account. Called and complained to the 800# Chase customer service. Haven't ever had issues with Chase bank at other locations outside of Hemet. I accompanied my mom to Chase yesterday so she can do a transaction. She handed the teller her identification out of courtesy so the teller could verify her identity and the teller threw her ID, (and I literally mean throw) back at her after she finished seeing it. It was very rude customer service. In addition, I had to fill out a form I received in the mail for my account to verify my Social, and on the letter it specifically said I could mail, fax, or DROP OFF the form in person. I interpret that as, drop off to any representative at Chase. I tried handing it to a teller, and she clarified that I had to see a New Accounts Rep because she couldn't accept it. I had to leave after waiting 30 minutes because everyone was occupied and the teller couldn't accept my sealed envelope and hand it to a new accounts rep. I am not sure if that is procedure for them or not. If it is, I could understand that. I can't understand the rude customer service however. Well I am not surprised to get on here and see a 2 star rating. If the option for 0 was open, that's what this review would be. This chase is not ran by a manager who has business etiquette-and that transitions down to their employees. Not one teller has a smile, they always understaffed, so you will only have one teller. Like many Chase bank there is an outside banking but it's aways closed when their building states (8am-6pm) which leads me to this review. As annoyed as I get having to stand in the 30 minute line to deposit a check, I decided to hit the outside banking because one lane was open. After waiting 10 minutes someone finally gets on the com and states that I need to pay attention and go inside because their is a red light on. So I ask where, I am sorry. I just saw a cone in one lane and the other was open. His response was, "yeah well bye." so I drive around and see there is a big tree covering the light I was suppose to see. My husband decides to take a picture so I can show them were unable to see it and calls me while I'm in a 15 person line with one teller that the security notified he called dispatch for taking a picture. When I brought it up to the supervisor he said, "well I took that call and I am sorry there is a tree but I don't know what to tell you we have been low staffed for 5 years since someone retired. It's been like this for five years so I don't know what to tell you." Terrible customer service! They have approx 12 teller stations but everday at ever time they only have 2 tellers open but manager tries hard to offer the 2 ATMs inside...NO THANKS BUDDY. Customer asked if bank downsizing, he replied with a NO. I hardly see anyone at INDOOR ATMs yet line for associate is always 8-12 people waiting. Drive to the west and stop at that Chase, they clearly understand they need more than 2 tellers open. I know better! read more

Came in in my lunch and was told by a Claretta that a statement from my car bill would be sufficient enough for a proof of address. Returned at 5pm with the information I needed and met with an Ursala, just to be told no. With no other effort or anything. Called over to the branch in San Jacinto right after and with no hesitation and very kindly they were able to help instantly.
