Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. From lost checks (deposits at the…read moreteller window), to not being able to call and speak with anyone at the branch when you need have them locate the lost checks, and then the occasional rude teller on top of it. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. As I write this I think I'll head over to U.S. Bank and ask how they treat their customers! Good luck going in here and getting mediocre service.

Went in today to cash my check and never had an experience like i did there at other banks. they…read morecouldnt even cash my check to begin with without a manager because the front teller wasnt trained enough. so i had to stand in line twice making it an hour there. i wasnt even the only one upset with them in the building. everyone in line talked about how bad they are. tellers are not trained enough and are incompetent. The manager is trude and condescending. they lack accountability to their clear incompetents and got upset with me for being upset with their service. they literally proved everything i have ever heard about them and im so glad it happened because i almost opened up an account there.

SUPER CONVENIENT DRIVE-THRU! I love coming to the ATM drive-thru off Florida, it's quick and easy!…read moreI had to make a withdrawal and I didn't have to jump out of the window to push the ATM buttons. Rather, I pulled up rolled my window down and simply inserted my card without exerting myself lol. I also love that the ATM is shaded so I can clearly see every feature. I stopped by in the late afternoon and quickly conducted my business. I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. The staff are pretty good inside and there's always a security guard which is helpful given the area.

WELL-LOCATED BANK! I think this Chase is very conveniently located on the West Side of Florida…read more It's near a busy street, several communities, and a shopping plaza. It's also on the way out of town if you're going to take highway 74. I usually stop by here when I need to get a cashiers check or make a quick deposit before I leave the valley. The gentleman who helped me this last time was pretty nice but kind of gave me suspicious looks. It was a slightly awkward experience but I wouldn't classify it as bad as he was pretty professional. The attendant towards the front of the bank was very friendly and greeted everyone at the door! There's several kiosks inside the bank and an ATM machine as you walk into the double doors. I use the atm outside sometimes. However, expect to be in line on busy days. They only have ONE outside atm. The drive-thru atm is also available, however, it's in an extremely tight space and I never use it so I can prevent getting hit.
