Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. As I write this I think I'll head over to U.S. Bank and ask how they treat their customers! Good luck going in here and getting mediocre service.

It's also on the way out of town if you're going to take highway 74. I usually stop by here when I need to get a cashiers check or make a quick deposit before I leave the valley. The gentleman who helped me this last time was pretty nice but kind of gave me suspicious looks. It was a slightly awkward experience but I wouldn't classify it as bad as he was pretty professional. The attendant towards the front of the bank was very friendly and greeted everyone at the door! There's several kiosks inside the bank and an ATM machine as you walk into the double doors. I use the atm outside sometimes. However, expect to be in line on busy days. They only have ONE outside atm. The drive-thru atm is also available, however, it's in an extremely tight space and I never use it so I can prevent getting hit.
