Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. From lost checks (deposits at the…read moreteller window), to not being able to call and speak with anyone at the branch when you need have them locate the lost checks, and then the occasional rude teller on top of it. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. As I write this I think I'll head over to U.S. Bank and ask how they treat their customers! Good luck going in here and getting mediocre service.

I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. The staff are pretty good inside and there's always a security guard which is helpful given the area.

I go to the bank and they tell me they don't have the money I said well how long is gonna take you to get the money they said not till next Monday and that's six days away and I was supposed to leave on a flight that day so they said will just deposit it make an account And you'll have your money the next day. So I had to open a new account just so I can get the money faster than what they are offering. The gentleman who signed me up said yeah, your money will be in in your account tomorrow they had to have a temporary hold on their own check of funds that were pulled out of their bank. What a joke people think banks are there for them know they will screw you so hard.
