Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. From lost checks (deposits at the…read moreteller window), to not being able to call and speak with anyone at the branch when you need have them locate the lost checks, and then the occasional rude teller on top of it. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. As I write this I think I'll head over to U.S. Bank and ask how they treat their customers! Good luck going in here and getting mediocre service.

The manager is trude and condescending. they lack accountability to their clear incompetents and got upset with me for being upset with their service. they literally proved everything i have ever heard about them and im so glad it happened because i almost opened up an account there.

I stopped by in the late afternoon and quickly conducted my business. I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. Finally a teller came out of the vault area to wait on me. Soon the line grew to 4 customers waiting to be served. Finally, an admin got up and opened a window and then another teller returned from a break. It definitely wasn't like the old days when they were here to serve the clients. I have been a Citibank customer for over 6 months i finally decided to switch my job payroll…read moredeposits from a prepaid card to my account well in the process of doing that my job gave me a paper check so i deposited it into my account. They then sent a email saying a hold would be placed which is fine. I go to go visit my child in the nicu and my card declines for gas when I had money in there not including the funds for the check they are holding. I call and they tell me my account is under review because I deposited a payroll check. So I ask why is all of my funds being held and they give me no explanation. I'm a single mom and I have kids this is so wrong an unacceptable. I followed back up and now they are saying my account is closed. This is so wrong and it feels like I am being punished because my job choose to pay me by paper check. I wish u had the option of zero stars if you are thinking of banking with them please don't.
