The staff at every branch I have visited (West Chester, Downingtown, Oxford) have been so friendly and helpful. They recognized me and greeted me by name at the West Chester branch even though I did not enter that building once every 2 weeks. That impressed me in this day and age as true customer engagement has taken a back seat to speed. I have always received logical and relevant suggestions on how best to manage my funds to receive the best interest. The hours of operation are very convenient. I am currently buying a home and find the Citadel mortgage portal very useful and easy to navigate - just as easy as the regular website. Great features for customers to transfer funds between accounts - great when my friends pay me back for tickets to events!! Recommend Citadel FCU 100% to everyone in the area.

Best perk is the outdoor ATM that is directly connected to them so you can make deposits after hours that will be process the next day (except Sunday). Easy to use machines for basic needs. Staff are there to help if you need anything. They're friendly and helpful. Very responsive I ordered my Euros for a trip through FMFCU and picked them up at this location. The guy was really helpful getting me set up for international travel with my card and made suggestions for other card companies to protect myself while traveling. Above and beyond service. They're also one of the branches that has the coin counter members can use without a processing fee.

Best thing about it is the ATM outside! My local branch recently got an ATM, but it's inside and not accessible when the Credit Union is closed. This place is in the new Town Center by the Ellis Preserve, right next to MOD Pizza. Get into the shopping center off of Winding Way.

I just like this branch of Truist bank so much as the tellers are friendly and professional, and overall the technology of Truist is better than where I was banking before. One thing that does happen is a longer hold on deposits than I was used to with my credit union.

A BIG shout out to Kaitlyn Pacheco with First Resource Bank!…read more We have been with First Resource since they came on the scene around 2005. They are consistently helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. It is rare to find such remarkable customer service. Today I received assistance from Kaitlyn Pacheco with First Resource Bank. She helped me figure out a messy and confusing issue I was having. Wow! What a gem she is! She is the epitome of an employee with fabulous customer service skills. When I got off the phone with Kaitlyn I felt pleased she solved my problem and I wasn't grumpy like when I am after dealing with a certain huge Philadelphia health care company. Kudos to Kaitlyn and the other First Resource employees who treat us with respect and work hard to earn our business.

I had intended to open an account and do my banking there if they offered a similar level of service as my old credit union in Florida. These people put the union in credit union. They acted as if they would be doing me a favor by taking my money. They would not talk to me before I filled out an application and became a member. No information on checking account fees, minimum balances, interest rates, nothing. They kept repeating that it wouldn't be fair to other members if they talked to me before I signed up. Seriously? That's how they attract business? How could the truthful dissemination of product information be unfair to anyone? This is the 21st century. Every financial institution in America has a website where they advertise their rates and service details to anyone who is interested. If Boeing Credit Union's service is so poor that they won't talk about it to prospective customers then head for the door, which is what I did.
