Well, HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH A BANK THAT BACK DATE ACH PAYMENTS AND THEN SAY YOU DID NOT DEPOSIT / TRANSFER YOUR MONEY ON TIME??????? This happened to me TWICE. First Bank NJ / PA HELD my ACH Mortgage payment and then process the NEXT business day - THEN, back dated by ONE DAY. As a Result, my account is NOW Overdrawn by 1 Day which resulted in Bank fees. How is this right as the fist question? How is this Ethical? Why would a Bank come up with such a Scam - to HOLD payments until the NEXT day, and then Back Dated by 1 day to make unsuspecting customers pay MORE and MORE bank fees? BOB at Devon Branch keep saying he doesn't know who is in charge of this process, but he doesn't do it. Bob just makes phone calls to let customers know - that is his job - to make phone calls. Sooooo, we are back with another GAME - finger pointing. It's him / her, then, the next person says it's him / her. After 3 circles, no one knows who is in charge of that process anymore. WHY DO THESE BANKS PLAY GAMES WITH US? DO NOT BANK WITH FIRST BANK NJ / PA - UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING CHEATED BY THESE SCAMS - NOT BY CRIMINALS, BUT BY THE FIRST BANK ITSELF AND THEIR EXECUTIVES.
