Best perk is the outdoor ATM that is directly connected to them so you can make deposits after hours that will be process the next day (except Sunday). Easy to use machines for basic needs. Staff are there to help if you need anything. They're friendly and helpful. Very responsive I ordered my Euros for a trip through FMFCU and picked them up at this location. The guy was really helpful getting me set up for international travel with my card and made suggestions for other card companies to protect myself while traveling. Above and beyond service. They're also one of the branches that has the coin counter members can use without a processing fee.

Best thing about it is the ATM outside! My local branch recently got an ATM, but it's inside and not accessible when the Credit Union is closed. This place is in the new Town Center by the Ellis Preserve, right next to MOD Pizza. Get into the shopping center off of Winding Way.

I had intended to open an account and do my banking there if they offered a similar level of service as my old credit union in Florida. These people put the union in credit union. They acted as if they would be doing me a favor by taking my money. They would not talk to me before I filled out an application and became a member. No information on checking account fees, minimum balances, interest rates, nothing. They kept repeating that it wouldn't be fair to other members if they talked to me before I signed up. Seriously? That's how they attract business? How could the truthful dissemination of product information be unfair to anyone? This is the 21st century. Every financial institution in America has a website where they advertise their rates and service details to anyone who is interested. If Boeing Credit Union's service is so poor that they won't talk about it to prospective customers then head for the door, which is what I did.

They tell you a two day hold is standard but 5 days later guess what ? "You did mobile deposit so we can't help you " so much for customer service . A guy actually used the word "protocol" like he's Jack Bauer. Bad business, bad process and bad customer service . There has to be a better bank out there .

Had you asked me 5 years ago if I would be excited to see face to face tellers I would have said "who cares". Plenty of free parking too. This branch is managed I believe, by a long time Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union employee and you can see and feel the caring at this branch.
