I said yes he asked me what I wanted. that's when I told him I would like to speak with somebody at the desk about my accounts. A woman named Deborah told me to follow her. She asked me for my identification and bank cards. I put them on her desk and she had a stank attitude with me for no reason because of all of the fees that TD Bank charged on my account, I wanted to take my cash Out of my account and requested that she refund me the $70 that was taken out of my account illegally. She said no so I asked to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager. Since she had a horrible attitude and was very rude. I told her that I just would like to withdraw my cash from my accounts, and that I would go to another branch Where I have received excellent customer service in the past. She told me to go to the teller to withdraw my funds. The teller began giving me my money when she stated that at least her accounts weren't overdrawn. She tried to humiliate and embarrass me, not knowing about my recent Emergency health crisis causing me to not be able to work. So when I called her nasty, she asked what did I say? I told her you heard me. I reminded her that she was at work and I was unable to work for the past three weeks, I felt humiliated and disrespected in public around other customers, and felt that there was no need for her to make such a snide comment not knowing my situation. I felt that my right to privacy was violated and when I contacted the bank today, they told me that she had closed my accounts after I specifically requested them left open so that I could retrieve the stolen funds at an alternate branch. If you have money at this bank, I suggest you take it outand deposit it in the bank that deserves your business because they do not. They don't respect their customers and they don't respect our right to privacy.

Drove around and went inside and there was one teller with a line of six people. Waited five minutes and she was still working on the first customer. There were at least two other workers in the bank that were just sitting at their desks. Since I had frozen groceries, I left and went home. When I got home, I called to complain and the phone rang 20 times with no answer before I finally gave up. I went back Friday and there were no cars in line at the drive-thru and it still took me ten minutes to deposit three checks into my business account. The teller was not the least bit apologetic and just said they were short staffed. I will be closing out my account and moving to a more convenient bank

There is plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center. The Drive-In ATM is never busy if you're just looking to deposit or withdraw money without getting out your car head through there (especially for those who have difficulties getting in and out of cars or those with children in car seats). However, they later charged an unexpected "statement fee" without any prior notice or explanation. That fee reduced my balance below the required threshold, and they then refused to honor the promised bonus. There was no clear disclosure, no warning, and no reasonable explanation--just an unexpected charge that conveniently disqualified me from receiving the promotion. Just wanted to add: not only this bank charges fees to "statement", but also, its credit card bonus expires if you don't use the card for a while. The worst bank I've ever seen. I can't tell you how many mistakes this has caused. And as for working for them Ritu's could care less she will toss you to the wolves with little to no care. If your familiar with the Wells Fargo sales tactics of getting you stuff customers what they don't need or want you will do great. As a customer this is a red flag they will talk your ear off about credit products till you either walk out. Oh and they will call you 3 times every 4 months to market to you on top of 4 times once you open anything. Just save yourself the stress and pain and go anywhere else. Oh but if you want anyones bank account balance and have stolen their identity they will just tell you over the phone information such as balances and numbers.
