Prior to Victory Bank, I did my banking at one of the larger chains and felt very unsatisfied. When I closed my 2 business accounts down to switch over to Victory bank I was very shocked when no one even questioned why I was leaving or what they could do to maintain my accounts. I even asked if they wanted to know why I was leaving and weren't really interested. Switching over to Victory Bank was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only is Victory Bank a beautifully designed and decorated bank-every single employee is just as personable, helpful and customer service oriented. I love the fact they don't have any bank fees. This is an outstanding bank and I always I feel like part of the Victory Bank family where everyone knows your name. If you want to do business with a bank that really cares go to Victory Bank!! Nancy Dirks

Last month I opened new business and personal checking accounts at Victory Bank in Limerick, PA…read morebecause I was dissatisfied with the recent changes made by my credit union. I've just finished my first statement cycle with Victory, and so far I'm really satisfied. Victory Bank offers both business and personal accounts, and depending on how your business is structured, they may be able to put both accounts on the same platform. I'm an S corp with no other employees, so both my accounts are on the same platform, and I can see them at the same time. I can transfer funds electronically from business to personal; there's a single logon for both accounts; the account transaction history list goes back to the date the account was opened (making it easy to do a Ctrl F to search for transactions); and there are no minimum balances to open either account. Something to know is that they do not have ATMs at this bank, but they do provide a $20 a month rebate for ATM fees. I'm not closing my credit union personal checking account because I have a regular direct deposit there. So I plan to electronically transfer most of the deposit from the credit union to Victory and leave enough money at the credit union for me to withdraw cash when I need it (they're more convenient for me to get to). It's called a bank-to-bank transfer, it's easy to do, and Victory Bank staff helped me set it up. The manager (and all the staff) at Victory Bank have been very helpful. So I recommend looking into their bank and see if it meets your needs, whether it's business or personal.

There wasn't a line or anything, she was just kind of rude. Two of the coins were Pesos, and another two were French. I asked her if she could convert those, and she said no. Best perk is the outdoor ATM that is directly connected to them so you can make deposits after hours that will be process the next day (except Sunday). Easy to use machines for basic needs. Staff are there to help if you need anything. They're friendly and helpful. Very responsive I ordered my Euros for a trip through FMFCU and picked them up at this location. The guy was really helpful getting me set up for international travel with my card and made suggestions for other card companies to protect myself while traveling. Above and beyond service. They're also one of the branches that has the coin counter members can use without a processing fee.

I was greeted by a surly bank teller you said to me "you need to put your mask on." I did not hear him, so I asked him to repeat himself. Very rudely and loudly he said "YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON." I told him he was being rude and reminded him about the magic word we all learn in kindergarten "Please." I said to him how about "Please put a mask on." He repeated, in an angry tone, "please put your mask on." I placed my mask on and went to the teller next to him For the record, I noticed two other employees in the small office in the back working without masks on. Rules for thee, not for me? I had considered setting up my banking at TruMark out of convenience, but no longer. Once my car is paid off, I'm done with them. Customer service is so important to me and quite frankly this interaction left me puzzled and speechless.

I had intended to open an account and do my banking there if they offered a similar level of service as my old credit union in Florida. These people put the union in credit union. No information on checking account fees, minimum balances, interest rates, nothing. They kept repeating that it wouldn't be fair to other members if they talked to me before I signed up. Seriously? That's how they attract business? How could the truthful dissemination of product information be unfair to anyone? This is the 21st century. Every financial institution in America has a website where they advertise their rates and service details to anyone who is interested. If Boeing Credit Union's service is so poor that they won't talk about it to prospective customers then head for the door, which is what I did.
