Then, when I decided to go get the card in person after waiting a few days painfully, they said the system was down and couldn't activate the new card I received at the branch! Hours later, I call them and the system is still down. Are you kidding me? A Bank, or CU Down for more than a few minutes? I told them if I didn't have it up by end of day I'd escalate. Please don't assume EVERYONE speaks SPANISH. So young girls in the drive-thru, stop giggling and be more professional. I was making a CASH deposit with a checking account deposit slip. After I sent the cash & deposit slip, the teller then asked for I.D. Without thinking, I did. I then said to her, " This is some bull, you don't need I.D. for a deposit." How rude and unprofessional.
