You get a call bank and put back on hold and when you finally explain the problem you get told that you need to be transferred to Recovery Dept. After explaining again the person puts you on hold and then you get the recording again on entering checking or savings info, etc. She never came back. Personally I give it a "0". I am sending all this info to both the BBB and to the federal government who is waiting for my response. Thanks for nothing TD Bank, so glad I don't bank with you........you are useless

I love every employee at this location. They are all knowledgeable, some bilingual and all there to…read moresupply your every need, with a smile. There is a location closer to me but I purposely pass that one by to go to this location because the customer care is night and day. In fact, I have no idea how the nearer locations service is because they have a front door greeter who acts more like a stingy hockey goalie. She wont let you pass and everything you say you need, she says they don't provide. Take the extra 10 minute ride. The employees here are all worthy of employee of the month. Banking needs with a family feel.

Paid a visit to handle some business for my parents on their accounts. Wasn't crazy about sitting…read moreinside someone's office in the building, but I was impressed by their precautions -- sanitizer dispensers were available throughout, everyone had their masks on, and most importantly, I only saw three people there besides myself. Staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions, and I was able to sign the paperwork and get out in less than 25 minutes. The big stone building is beautiful compared to other banks and it easily stands out from the other buildings, making it easy to spot. There is ample parking, though I found it a little hard to get in and out of this location -- it's on the corner of a busy highway, but the entrance isn't located at the intersection, so you have to wait for a miraculous break in the flow of traffic in order to turn in from Stony Batter Road.
