After hours you can still access both which is great. This location has very convienant hours which is great if you work late or do your errands on the weekends. All of the staff at the counter are extremely nice and it is usually the same two people all the time. They're both extremely personable and helpful. The parking lot is not the best. There are not many spots and it gets very congested at busy times. The best PNC bank I have been to.

No employee can explain it - 2 branches, loan officer, closing officer, teller, customer service number, customer service escalation. After nearly 4 weeks, still not a single employee can explain that my closing statement/payoff amounts. Regret ever having done business with PNC - I closed all of my personal and business accounts as a result of not being able to get a single question answered in nearly a month. Working on pursuing legal action against them as well. Chose another bank. If the loan officer cannot explain how the loan is computed - run, run run. When they gave me the amount of what the payment would be, imagine my surprise when I got the 1st statement that it was 40% HIGHER than what they told me. Because the drive through teller was conducting my deposit if $600, I couldn't enter the pin, he had to send a code to my phone which I had to provide my pin to verify. I work in retail so I know a difficult customer when I see one and that's the last thing I'd want to be. Please tell me if requiring verification for depositing money is convenient. I'll be opening up. Citizens bank account on Monday and closing my TD account .
