At the end of November 2025, our joint checking account was overdrawn. The problem was with a…read moreDoctor's office incorrectly scanning a check for $1,603.37 instead of the check for $26.60 which was the correct check. My husband and I immediately went to the Chase bank on Old York Road and met with Cindy and Maria. They treated us like members of the family and went out of their way to research the problem and file a report on our behalf. We expected the $1,603.37 to be credited to the account by December 1, but that didn't happen. We went back to the bank and again met with Cindy and Maria who again researched the problem and found a problem in the back office. They refiled a report on the problem, spoke with supervisors in the back office, and promised to involve the branch manager if the credit wasn't issued. Well, the next day the credit was issued, our account was made whole, and we are very happy. I hope Cindy and Maria are recognized for their superior service.
