I had an extremely frustrating experience with this driving school. The secretary and the owner were argumentative when I tried to calmly explain and resolve my situation, and their communication throughout the process was terrible. They are also overpriced and kept trying to add on extra fees bit by bit, which felt very dishonest. I do not recommend this place at all -- stay away and choose another driving school. read more

They are so unorganized made me pay so much for my 8 hours plus one driving lesson so I could get my license through them only and the indian lady in the front desk didnt mention so many things that I had to pay and gave me my driving test appointment the day my permit expired when I tried to go pick it up they told me because my permit expired the same day my road test was invalid and she never warned me about that and gave me an attitude the whole time going thefe read more

ABSOLUTELY NOT! DON'T DO IT! After paying and no info on class, confirmation email, registering individuals demographics and permit info, tried calling multiple times, emailing, leaving voicemails, driving there on schedules business hours and they were CLOSED! I had to book with another company. They called the day before class with info when it was already too late. Upon arriving to class for my daughter's driving school the instructor felt it was necessary to call out to me with a very rude comment regarding driver safety. He assumed he was correct and was very abrasive. As a "professional" that I paid to instruct a course for my child, that type of behavior completely discredited him. He proceeded to badger me in front of a class of about 15 people. I do not recommend this school. Next child I'll better research the quality of the instructor providing the safe driving education. read more

What can I say about chase 2 driving school, they're professional, organized, and well-known for their work. The whole team is polite, patient, and helpful, especially Carly and Victor. The instructors know how to keep the students engaged and give a lot of knowledge on what to do while driving. If I could give a negative rating, I would! I should have checked the reviews before I contacted them. I booked several lessons from them on the phone. They told me they were fully booked for the following month but there were always many cancellations. They convinced me to book the lessons more than one month ahead. When I realized that there were not many cancellations as they claimed, I called them and wanted to cancel the lessons which were all at least one month ahead. They were rude and terrible. Didn't listen to me and refused to refund me at all. I have NEVER seen a business like this. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! read more

This school is horrible. I paid 635 for my 16 year old daughter to get harassed inappropriately by her driving instructor a 42 year old named Kevin who had the nerve to think it was OK to ask her out and give her a lesson in his own car. Parent's be ware. When I called the owner Rick he was like the guy is a nice guy he felt sorry for your daughter was the response I got. Needless to say he was useless. I then called the manager Corey who seemed nice at the beginning till I asked for the instruction part of my daughters lessons to be reimbursed still have not heard from her. read more

Had a horrible experience at this driving school Signed my daughter up for the 8 hour safe driving class and I attended the parent class which was taught by the owner of Chase. During the two hours I was there, he did not stay on topic, told stories about his life (really do not need to know that he has a flip cell phone that he does not use at home OR that he sits at a bar every night and has 2 drinks and then waits for 3 hours before he drives). I found him to be ill-informed, arrogant and not fit to work with young adults. When the father of another student walked into the room (he was about 6'4 and African American) the owner said "this isn't the basketball court". That was only one of the racist statements I heard from him during the two hours. If you really want your child to learn, do NOT go to Chase 2 Driving School. read more

july/ 2019 , i just finished the 2 hour parent class with our daughter . the chase2 driving school was so shabby, so disorganized, so unprofessional- not a good experience. rick, the owner/instructor made it well known his total dislike for : the town of west haven , the state of ct. , the state of ct. DMV .how that is needed in a class designed to teach parents/ new drivers is beyond me. at one point in the 'class' rick let us know it took him 7 1/2 hours to register a vehicle at DMV recently. then rick went on a rant -blaming immigrants for backing up the service at DMV . the chase2 driving school should stick to providing information to make drivers safe and to pass the DMV tests. the owner /instructor should keep his hateful, racist remarks for the pub or the 'good life' at the villages in florida. * parents - chase2 was shabby looking / feeling place and the instructor that we had was so disorganized, so unprofessional- i encourage you to shop around before allowing your child to sign up at chase2. -- july/ 2019. read more
