There are literally no driving lesson appointments available within 1-2 months and the ones that are require us to drive all over the state to take. They charge hidden fees for everything and are completely disorganized. Just had to cancel our road test because they just realized they didn't have all the courses - despite what the portal said. We chose this school because everyone goes to Rae's and it's convenient. The following comments are my experience, but I also speak for many, as they have also had the same difficulties. It is impossible to get through on the phone to make on-road appointments and setting up your driver's test. Even if you're able to leave a msg (which is quite an undertaking in itself) good luck waiting for a call back. This has gone on for weeks. I just saw in one of the local papers there's a driving school opening up at No. Haven High with classes after school. Finally, another option in town.

Anyway they were unprofessional and unorganized. After my son finished the crappy classroom sessions he was supposed to go for behind the wheel lessons. No one ever called me or returned my many voicemails about scheduling the on the road training.My husband called and they came once. Took my son for 2 hours. And that was it. We have texted them, called them and even showed up at the location and we get no response. He was supposed to receive 8 hours of behind the wheel training. I am so upset about their lack of professionalism and Communication. I will never recommend this business again. I will soon file a complaint with the BBB and the CT Consumer protection.
