I have known the Knepler's for a long time now. I sold them advertising at WICC 600 for years and…read morenow I handle the advertising for them at Arbron Media Associates. What I love about Knepler Driving Schools is the promise that your child will not be allowed to take the driving test until they have a full understanding of every aspect of driving. Yes this means that you might have to pay a little more! Think of your child behind the wheel at night or in a town where they don't know exactly where they are. Isn't this worth making sure they are the best driver they can be? You should put your trust into the Knepler's because they truly care about each student that walks through the door like they are family. I also love that the students have to hand write the information long hand. This is the best way to learn and it is proven time and again.

Diane was clear, patient, and supportive, which helped my son feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. It's clear that she truly cares about the students and their success. I would highly recommend this driving school to other families looking for a positive and reliable learning experience for their teen drivers.

I'd like to…read moreexpress our sincere gratitude to the owner, Chris Maiorarano, for his great support and guidance. He cares for each student and works hard to make sure he achieves his goal. That's what Chris did for my son. I do share some concerns about a quality of instructors. They take turns to teach students. Some may be eager to teach and ready to help while others may not be that motivated and mistreat students. My son went through ups and downs depending on who his instructor was. He says Peter Colby is the best instructor of them all. He possesses every quality a student looks for. Thank you very much, Peter! How we are glad we contacted Chris to raise our concerns! He made it right and helped my son complete the program. Every instructor congratulated him for his achievement, according to him. We do recommend the school. Just hang in there and don't give up. You will surely accomplish your goal.

For the past 3 years being on and off driving lessons, I have nothing but good results from them. Scheduling always been easy for me, NOTE, you'll have a harder time to book an appointment during the Summer months due to students being off, beside the Summer months, it's pretty much straight forward. The cars are up to date, well maintain. Instructors are good, and helpful. If Epic Driving School had a second Bridgeport location, that would be a golden ticket for a lot of people who wants to learn to drive.

(As an adult) At 23 I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. It was soooooo easy to work with this company and they always had openings. Made sure I didn't feel anxious and just chatted the whole time. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough !!!!!!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDEE As…read moresoon as I walked in, the lady sitting on the right side of the hallway was extremely rude. I don't understand why someone who works with customers would speak to people that way, especially when they're coming in to spend their money. She questioned me about ringing the doorbell so many times, but the door didn't seem easy to handle it Her attitude was hostile and completely unnecessary. This is probably one of the first negative reviews I've ever had to leave, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I'm treated disrespectfully. The prices aren't affordable either, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Even the other ladies who walked in with me noticed how she was speaking to me. When I finally sat down, she rudely told another lady, "She can help you," instead of communicating respectfully. If this had been the old me, I would have made a whole scene, but I chose to walk away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
