When we called to report this and reschedule we were told that the instructor had TEXTED our land line number and sat in their car on our property but out of sight from the house. They then tried to blame us for the error. A simple apology would have allowed us to reschedule and move forward, but none was given. They fail to return calls when promised and are a hassle to work with.​
