I attended an all-ladies pistol class this past weekend. The class is held in one of the office…read morespaces in a brick building. There is plenty of parking and the class is held in a room that is very well-lit, comfortable, clean, with lots of visuals and information posted and... coffee and snacks! I had no expectations because I had absolutely no idea what to expect and didn't know anything about guns or ammo. I can honestly say that after this class, I feel very comfortable and am much more knowledgeable. Lisa and Matt are passionate about what they do and are very well-versed on all topics related to shooting, with safety above all else. The indoor shorting range we went to after i took the written test, is about an 8 minute drive. I was filled with nervous excitement, but once we started shooting, I only felt excitement because I felt really prepared! I walked through every step each time. Lisa and Matt offered lots of great advice based on their experience, and I'm grateful to have found them and this class. They offer a variety of classes and I plan to continue my education through them.

They always seem to be doing something fun with the kids, and seem to put money back into the school to upgrade facilities and activities. They are a little on the high side in the area for tuition, but you definitely get your money's worth. They are the only school that I know of that teaches Spanish, Chinese, yoga, etc. Our son LOVES going to school, so the money is definitely worth it.

They make sure your children are safe, educated, and have fun. The staff at Surreybrook love what they do and they are like family to my child. I am so grateful to have found Surreybrook. Compared to other daycare/preschools in the community, Surreybrook is by far the best! I have an older, school age child who tried 3 different school in the community and none of them came close to the quality childcare & education Surreybrook offers.

The entire place seemed to genuinely care about the well being of my child. They have church service 1x a week, and say prayers daily (and The Pledge). My family is not catholic but that was okay. Instruction included music and gym. We had trouble affording the uniform and they allowed us to use used ones until we could buy them. Tuition can be made in payments. And the lunches are varied which is nice. While my child was in Kindergarten, I saw the older kids in the hallway. They were all so respectful. Overall, a very positive experience. If I HAD to come up with a negative, I would elect for gym class more often, and add foreign language instruction at the lower 'grades'

I've spoken with many families in our town and the consensus is the same. We try to support local businesses but this place makes it difficult. Dear Owner, this may or may not serve as a wake up call. If you're smart, you'll step up to the plate. If not, as local residents we have several options.
