They are unorganized. He had a driving class at a time the office was closed and no directions were give on what to expect. They need better communication. This isn't my first time using the driving school when I used it for my older child they were organized which is why I came back but I will not be using their services with my other children.

Don't give them your business! Terrible customer service and if you do the driving test with them,…read moreyou will fail and they love to take your money and reschedule the test. Almost like it's planned to fail you so they can reschedule you and charge you again. I watched them fail 90% of the drivers 2 separate days in the past few weeks. They blame it on the DMV tester, but he's the only one that does the driving test. They lie and tell you they don't know who is coming from the DMV, but they know it's him and he will fail you. When you fail, they could care a less, they just want you to pay again. I don't recomend this driving school at all. Stay faraway and spread the word. Don't want to see hardworking people getting screwed over by this company.

Cons: I found him to be condescending, and he did not provide much structure to the lessons. He would constantly take phone calls in the car. I did not feel safe going with him. I then tried a lesson with NextStreet and found them to be encouraging. NextStreet provided me with various online tutorials/pamphlets for skills to practice on my own time, and the pricing was comparable to Buffington. Although it was more difficult to get into NextStreet, I do not see a reason why you would use Buffington over NextStreet.
