Driving seemed so daunting and their team was able to deconstruct it for me and break it up into manageable steps. That's how I learn best. Ivey from their office was so helpful, she called and responded promptly and empathetically to all my questions and gripes and was a good listener. Scheduling was smooth and I passed the test in my first attempt. I took classes at their competitor in Westport two years ago and it was a completely different experience. Less polite, woeful customer service, a very grouchy instructor which was very demotivating. So yes, this was well worth it. Thank you for everything!

(As an adult) At 23 I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. It was soooooo easy to work with this company and they always had openings. I did a regular driving lesson with them right before my drivers test and I also did a highway lesson. I had Corrie as an instructor both times and truly cannot explain how much I loved her. She made me feel super comfortable behind the wheel and got my confidence up before my drivers exam the next day. She also took me on the highway and boosted my confidence so much. Made sure I didn't feel anxious and just chatted the whole time. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough !!!!!!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDEE As…read moresoon as I walked in, the lady sitting on the right side of the hallway was extremely rude. I don't understand why someone who works with customers would speak to people that way, especially when they're coming in to spend their money. She questioned me about ringing the doorbell so many times, but the door didn't seem easy to handle it Her attitude was hostile and completely unnecessary. This is probably one of the first negative reviews I've ever had to leave, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I'm treated disrespectfully. The prices aren't affordable either, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Even the other ladies who walked in with me noticed how she was speaking to me. When I finally sat down, she rudely told another lady, "She can help you," instead of communicating respectfully. If this had been the old me, I would have made a whole scene, but I chose to walk away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
