George really owns and represents his services and product. Very reliable service for the rural parts of Hollister. He makes an effort to resolve any problem within a few hours by heading to your property to diagnose ans resolve whatever issue could exist. The only downside, which I'd say is unavoidable, is lack of higher speeds. But this is due to supply and demand, which means the more customers he gets, the more supply he'll be able to provide overall improving the bandwidth his customers use together, creating a more constant speed for any time of day. They charged me for two months of service even after the equipment was returned. They fought tooth and nail for that money and got it. Now they raised the prices on the sketchy wifi to be just as much as when I had cable and wifi. I would never be a customer if I had a choice. The wifi goes out regularly and you do not get credit unless you call and demand it. They will take every penny they can get.
