Because the idea of paying $180 a month for service that used to be $40 a month is obscene. I spent more than two hours on the phone talking to three different people at spectrum and we finally came to an agreement of a plan at $44.97 a month. That included just Internet service, home, phone service, and spectrum TV app. As part of that deal. I have to turn in my cable boxes and remotes, and when I attempted to do that at the Fenton Michigan store.
