They had been charging my account almost $20 a month for the year and a half because they "Cannot find the returned box" So I called them today and they say "well we took the box off your acct, but it was never returned so there is no refund to your acct." We used Express TV Mounting to wall-mount our new TV and soundbar. They also concealed multiple…read morecables behind our fireplace. I primarily communicated with Corey prior to the appointment and he was always available, even in the evenings, and very professional. Our first TV arrived dead on arrival and the replacement TV was scheduled to arrive the same day as the rescheduled mounting appointment. Corey was incredibly accommodating with these time constraints which was very much appreciated by us. Chris and Demario were the technicians who performed the work at our appointment. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and dedicated to doing the job "right." They mounted the TV and soundbar and also ran 3 HDMI cables behind our fireplace and into our built-in cabinets. They used measure tapes and bubble levels to ensure everything was straight and centered. The cable management behind the TV was great and everything was hidden. The next day I thought the TV might have been slightly crooked, but after checking myself with a measure tape and level, I realized that it was actually the walls and trim of my home that were not straight! I am so happy with the work and they came in at less than 50% of the price quoted by a different local company. We will definitely be using them again for other TVs and low voltage needs in our home!

Demario and Chris couldn't have been any nicer to deal with..both super nice guys and very professional. They clearly know their stuff and had everything connected in less time than I expected. And, they were happy to run through the TV to make sure we were ready to go as well. I can't recommend Express highly enough. Just a terrific customer oriented company that aims to please.

I'm not sure the stress delivered by these clowns is worth the trip? I attempted to reduce my cable service to a more reasonable price. Because the idea of paying $180 a month for service that used to be $40 a month is obscene. I spent more than two hours on the phone talking to three different people at spectrum and we finally came to an agreement of a plan at $44.97 a month. That included just Internet service, home, phone service, and spectrum TV app. As part of that deal. I have to turn in my cable boxes and remotes, and when I attempted to do that at the Fenton Michigan store. I was told very rudely by multiple representatives, including Ronnie, The so-called manager that none of the changes I made this morning, on the phone were in place. And it felt as if I had to redo everything I had already done this morning with.him, lol! It's is extremely frustrating It is completely obvious to me, that companies like spectrum simply make things as confusing as possible, so even their representatives don't understand package plans, and discounts. It actually feels abusive as a consumer to be treated like this.!! Ronnie and his cohorts in the store were laughing at me and mocking me as well as lying to me about my cable service! Spectrum should be embarrassed for the way they treat their customers. It's completely obvious and intentional. Spectrum is Making it as confusing as possible, intentionally.
