They left our previous providers account active in our system, many of our machines did not have the previous vendors monitoring software removed and visions installed, the backup of our information has not occurred for more than 45 days and I had to notify them, active directory was never cleaned up from out previous vendor, and the list goes on. In addition there were no security group setup to limit access to certain websites and streaming services - something our new vendor did from day one. They definitely have the right intent and the techs are very nice, however the execution leaves much to be desired. This is what transpired over the last week- 4 separate text messages that said "working on it with my team". When I asked to speak to a "team captain" the response was there is no one. Today I received a call that lasted 45 seconds and the answer was "there is nothing we are going to do, there is no negotiating, you are stuck with the contract". Aug 15, 2025: The Service Is So Bad It's Costing Us Business TelNet Communications has been nothing but a complete and utter disappointment. We have lost customers, revenue, and countless man hours due to their constant phone outages. It takes days--sometimes weeks--to get a reply, and months to resolve even basic issues. We've been stuck with a voicemail problem for two months with no end in sight. Every so-called "fix" requires us to stop working and sit on the phone for them to create "patches". Since their corporate buyout, there is zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect for the businesses who depend on them. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any professional service provider.

So these jokers really dropped the ball. My local internet provided used Telnet Worldwide to…read moreprovide and/or manage their VOIP home phone service. My service was spotty for a week or more. We could not receive calls. When I inquired I never received a proper response until my provider indicated Telnet Worldwide was at the root of the service issues and not likely to restore service. Finally a week later, my phone service was totally dead and my provider suggested I choose another phone service. Now I'm having one hell of a time getting my number moved. The requests continue to be denied and I'm unable to get a response as to what specifically is mismatched in my requests that Telnet Worldwide keeps holding my number hostage.
