I called them 4 times to find out why the WiFi wasn't working in our location. First 4 calls said someone was coming out. Finally on the fifth call I was told there is a bad line and "someone needs to run a new one but I am not sure who is going to do it or when. yeah I know not much help but that's all I know" We were going to get service for the spring and summer while we were in the area but it doesn't seem they want our business or that they are in any hurry to correct issues. read more

internet speeds are horrible, you will get maybe get 2mb download at best, upload speeds are little to none. Internet is always going in and out. The owner has told us to fix the problem it would cost him thousands of dollars and we pretty much weren't worth his time. I would stay away from this company and look into getting a t-mobile hotspot it's a bit more expensive but you will get much faster speeds then this company. read more

do not use. service stopped and they are not reachable. they will not cancel account despite multiple attempt to cancel via text, email and mail. filed complaint with the bbb and even they cannot reach the company. go elsewhere for service. read more

I found Tri-County Wireless after a horrible ordeal with Frontier, and never looked back, unlimited data for $54 dollars a month with no contract, this has to be the best service plan on the market. My bill was always the same, not a penny more, and the service was beyond amazing and super fast. Frontier bills kept going higher and higher and within 6 months my bill was $50 higher all made up service fees and junk and bad customer service. If I had an issue (only twice) from limbs of a tree, which was my fault, they came and gave me another unit and trimmed the tree branches, unheard of. I had Tri-County Wireless for over a year and a half, and the only reason I left was that I moved out of their area, how I miss this company. I moved my business to Detroit, and this town has horrible internet providers. and I can't even find an unlimited internet in Detroit for under $150 that's comparable to Tri-County's speed. It you can get service with Tri-County Wireless, do it, unlimited fast internet for $50 dollars is amazing, How I miss this company, please come to Detroit!!! This is my first review that is on Yelp and I did it specifically to write the review for Tri County Wireless. When we first got our internet service with them, it seemed okay. We moved to a new home and the previous owners had them. We figured that it would be fine since in our area, we have very few companies that have service out here. We contacted them, they came out and set up what we needed. That same day, the installer put the dish on the roof and told us it was used, but they would come and put a new one on when they have it come in. I called and called after a few weeks of not hearing a thing from them. Finally I got a hold of them, and first they said they would send someone out, but again I didn't hear from them. Once I got to talk to someone in the office (because SERIOUSLY, you can call all week long and not get anyone to answer the phone or call you back!), they said they didn't have someone to come out because the guy that normally does it broke his leg. A month later, they told me we didn't need the new equipment because it wouldn't make a difference. Other than that, our internet literally goes out every day many times. I have called at least twice a month since we have been with them which is about a year now. It has really gotten during the last few months. I called in May and the lady told me to start writing down what time the internet goes out and what time it comes back on so that they can track it. (Which is a pain anyway because it goes out so much!) This past Thursday, I started writing down the times again. In three hours alone, the internet stopped working eleven times. The next day (Friday) I tried calling at 11am and 12pm, both times having to leave a message. We still have not heard back. My kids were watching a movie on Netflix and I couldn't work on my laptop while they watched a movie at the same time because it would cut out every two to three minutes. It's just not worth the money if we aren't able to use the internet on more than one device at the same time. The company does not seem to care about their customers, they don't keep anyone in the office (or if they do, the person doesn't care about answering phones or calling people back), they do not seem to be in a rush to fix anything...Just poor internet service and poor customer service all around. read more
